The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in La Brousse. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor, air-conditioned:
- A 23 m² dining room with a TV
- A 10 m² living room with sofas and armchairs
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- Two bedrooms, each with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan.
A cot and high chair can be provided at an extra charge (booking and payment via the concierge service).

Outdoors:
- An above-ground swimming pool (private, unheated), measuring 3.5 × 6.8 m, 1.30 m deep, open from 1 May to 31 August (weather permitting). It is accessed via a secure ladder.
- A lovely 1,200 m² garden divided into two parts: one in front of the house, fenced and facing south-east (with the swimming pool), and the other to the side of the house with children’s play equipment (unfenced)
- A 15 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally situated in La Brousse, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are within easy reach.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (up to 3 vehicles).

- Nearest railway station: Saint-Jean, about 15 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: La Rochelle, about 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away
- A car is essential.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are welcome free of charge. One pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and depend on favourable weather conditions.
