Located near the docks in Montauk. Family friendly large kitchen/living room area, great for entertaining guests. 42" flat screen TV. Cable TV and wireless internet included. Four spacious bedrooms with hardwood floors. Central AC. Master bedroom with master bath and two additional full sized bathrooms. Spacious outdoor shower. Enjoy fresh seafood right off the boats at local five star restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy the sunset with a nice cocktail at the infamous Gossman's Dock.
Take the family fishing on one of the numerous boats available within walking distance from the house, or leave the car in the driveway and walk over to the ferry and hid to Block Island for the day. The ferry also offers trips to and from New London Ct. on select days during the summer.

Not a 5 bedroom, missing some stated amenities, great location

The house was in a great location as described and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. We were a group of 5 couples, and selected this house based on the location and 5 bedroom availability. Prior to arrival I double checked that there in fact was a fifth bedroom as half the group was from California and wanted to make sure everyone had a place to sleep and was comfortable. I was assured there was a fifth bedroom. When we arrived the “fifth bedroom” was a very small room with no door and no windows (old closet?) with a couch only this was obviously incredibly disappointing for the price we paid. The washing machine smelled of mold, there was no soap anywhere (not even hand soap in bathrooms), no beach items so we went out to buy chairs and umbrellas. There was no propane for the grill. There was a peloton but it was locked from using it.Pictured is the “5th bedroom”.Overall I think with a few updates (soap, propane, legit clean of the washing machine, beach chairs) this would be an excellent rental as a 4 BEDROOM, not 5. The other bedrooms were big and nice, the kitchen was good for entertaining, and the location really is great.

Great stay!

This is a great rental. My group spent 10 days here and loved it. The owner is extremely communicative and always helpful. The house is clean and even bigger than the photos. The location is very close to beaches and great restaurants. Also a quick drive into the main town of Montauk. Will come back next year!

Great place to stay!

The owner was extremely communicative and very helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location as we were able to walk to the beach and only a short drive to some of our favorite Montauk restaurants. The house was clean and good for a larger group.

Perfect Montauk family vacation rental

My wife and I spent 1 week at Elizabeth’s home this August along with our 3 adult children and their significant others. The home fit us perfectly and included a 5 star kitchen with every utensil, appliance, pot and pan you can imagine. We cooked everything from shrimp scampi with linguini to a sheet cake for my daughter’s birthday. The bedrooms were a nice size and very simple and clean. The 3 bathrooms are nicely appointed and super clean. The overall layout of the house was perfect for hanging out as a group - the large kitchen combines with a spacious living area - great for playing board games with refreshments and snacks always nearby. The modern washer/dryer combo is a great convenience when you stay for a week like we did. We made use of the outdoor deck and gas grill on a couple of occasions - it’s very private and a great location for stargazing at night. Although we had no urgent needs while we were there, Elizabeth was super responsive via text message for the few questions we did have. The location of the home can’t be beat - it’s a quiet neighborhood with the sound beach at the end of the block, and lots of restaurants and markets within walking distance. We hope to stay here again the next time we’re in Montauk.

Great Stay

We stayed with a few friends at the property and had a wonderful time. The property was close to Gosman's Dock, and not far from town. The house was very clean and nice. We would love to come back!

Great Home

My family and I were very happy with the location of the home, it was close enough to a handful of restaurants and shops but still quite enough to allow for relaxing private vacation. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need.

Perfect house and location for our family!

My husband and our 2 young sons had the most wonderful stay at the house. We were so close to the bay beach which was perfect for our kids. The open concept of the main floor was great and we truly felt like we were at home. We are so glad we got to spend our family vacation in Montauk and can’t wait to come back and stay at the house again!

Great stay for a large group! The main room including the kitchen and living is great for congregating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook big meals for your entire group. The outdoor shower was especially nice (I didn't shower inside once our entire trip).

Great house—-spacious bedrooms

This was our 4th time renting this house, and it’s been a great experience each time. It’s walking distance to Gosman’s and convenient to town also. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are updated, and it has an open living area too. We also love the back deck and outdoor shower.

Wonderful time in Montauk!

ThIs home was perfect for us! It’s very comfortable and very spacious. There’s also a basketball net in the driveway, which was an added bonus. The kitchen is amazing! It makes you want to cook. There was everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. I would highly recommend this home. I hope to stay again.

Great location and beautiful house

Agree with other reviews, photos don’t do it justice. Spacious house with beautiful floors, kitchen, interior. Backyard is lovely. It’s really close to the Bay Beach and Gosman’s which is great. It’s next to a Main Street so a little loud but that didn’t bother us. WiFi is certainly strong. We worked remotely from this house (5 ppl) and had no connection issues with Zoom! Thanks, Elizabeth!

Perfect home for vacation

Family vacation

We had a great week at Elizabeth’s house. There was plenty of room for our family, open concept living area, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The house was very clean including the modern bathrooms. We also made use of the spacious outdoor shower. The yard was beautiful, fenced in, private , and dog friendly. We took our dog for an early morning walk to the beach most mornings. Elizabeth was always available to answer any questions and I highly recommend this rental.

Great family beach rental. We could not have been happier with our stay!!!

This home was a perfect fit for our family. It was in a great location. The house is clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and accommodating with any questions or things we needed. She always responded right away anytime I texted or emailed. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and new, and the kitchen is huge with room for anything you bring and a great space for the family to congregate in. Thank you we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home!!!

Great house within walking distance to restaurants and activities

This was the 2nd year renting the house and we couldn’t have been happier! Within a few blocks of great restaurants and activities for couples and families alike. The house is very clean and spacious and the host is extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful Montauk family vacation home

Our 2nd year staying here- it's perfect for our family. Very close to the bay and Gossmans on a quiet street. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a very large kitchen- all very clean. The yard with the deck and the grill is a great way to enjoy meals outside.

Beautiful home with a fantastic location

The house was spacious and in pristine condition. The location could not have been more convenient. Was able to walk to grab a coffee and bagel every morning by the docks, as well as walk to some great restaurants in the area. Heading to downtown was very convenient as well with a hopper stop just down the street. Couldn't have had a better trip.

Great Spaciious Clean Home in a perfect location!

My family and I were extremely pleased with this lovely home. It was clean, organized and the location was perfect. Close to the harbor area with easy access to the beautiful harbor area and close to town as well. The house is very spacious with a perfect layout for entertaining guests and family. There is a thoroughly stocked state of the art kitchen and ample closet space and several showers that were clean and Up to date. The homeowners are available to help with any questions you might have during your stay. Great Vacation! Will be back soon! Thank you
