Our house is located at an elevation of 1,100 meters and offers a breathtaking view of the Ramsau and Berchtesgaden Alps. Surrounded by meadows and forests, we offer peace and quiet to all who are seeking relaxation. An ideal starting point for walks and mountain hikes.
Our newly renovated (first occupancy May 2024) “Schmuckenstein” vacation apartment, 52 m², features a large sunroom and a small east-facing balcony with a magnificent view of meadows, forests, and the surrounding mountains. A private outdoor staircase leads to the private east-facing balcony, which provides access to the coat closet and the entrance to the heated sunroom. The sunroom is furnished with lounge chairs, a couch, and a TV. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a built-in kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a cozy dining area, and a TV. The bedroom, which overlooks the natural scenery, features a double bed and two closets. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack. Pets are not allowed.
A guesthouse and a mountain railway are located nearby. The chairlift at Hochschwarzeck takes you to the Hirscheck viewpoint, where there is also another restaurant. Skiing is available here in the winter.
