Welcome to your Greenville Getaway| Paws & Pines!
Located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, this is your home away from home while you experience all the great activities and beautiful scenery the area has to offer. From looking for a couples retreat, to booking an annual golf outing, to just escaping the city or perhaps a much needed little staycation with a change of scenery, the Greenville Getaway is just the place for you and you pup.

Our family has been enjoying the Catskills dating back to our great grandfather in the late 1800's and we could not be more excited to hopefully help you create memories for you and your group.

So kickback and relax in our 3 bedroom home which features an indoor game-room, a wrap around deck, our fire pit, and last but certainly not least, our personal favorite, the HOT TUB to melt your stress away.

BEDROOM 1 : 1 King size bed, Portable Crib Baby Playpen with mattress(36x24), high chair, smart TV, private bathroom with shower.

MAIN BATHROOM: Combined bathtub/shower, toiletries and towels provided.

Our eat-in KITCHEN is fully equipped with all the amenities you would find at home, an electric stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, crockpot, hand blender, keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker and a tea kettle. Kitchen table seats 6 people.

GAME ROOM has a foosball table, Pac-Man & Golden Tee machines, dart board, futon, TV, mini fridge and a bar table with two chairs.

Our cozy LIVING ROOM has all the timings of home with a queen-sized sleeper sectional sofa, electric fire place, smart TV, coffee table, plenty of cozy blankets, board games, puzzles, cards, books, and a phone charging station.

The OUTDOOR SPACE is a little slice of heaven with a spacious wraparound deck with patio table/chairs & umbrella, kids playground, cooler, seasonal wicker patio couch with cushions & pillows and two coffee tables (covered during winter).
Outdoor games, fire pit & firewood, propane grill, picnic table, wooden swing bench and HOT TUB.

***We have multiple exterior active security cameras. No cameras face toward interior spaces. There are cameras in the front entrance, on the sides of the house and in the back of the house. Please keep in mind the cameras are for security reasons only and are used to protect our guests and property. Your safety is important to us!

Our year round oasis is right around the corner from being your next annual tradition.

Every season brings so many new adventures and old family favorites ranging from:

- Kicking it back old school to the drive in movie theater right around the corner (0.8 miles)

There are three golf courses all very local: Sunny Hill resort & Golf Course ( 3 miles ), Thunderheart Golf Course ( 5 miles ), and our favorite hidden gem of Rainbow Golf Club and their famous island hole 13th hole ( 3 miles )
With many other great golf courses in the area as well.

- Do some spelunking and explore Howe caverns, a million year old cave system located 156 feet under upstate new York.

- Irish-fest in East-Durham

- If you like to get wet and wild or just want to cool down, plan a day trip to Zoom Flume Water Park ( 7.7 miles )

- the slopes at Wyndham Mountain ( 24 miles ) and Hunter Mountain ( 25 miles )

- K&K Equestrian Center for horseback riding ( 5 miles )

- Bailiwick Animal farm ( 15 miles )
