Very clean and well stocked

This condo was very clean and very well stocked with laundry, dish and hand soap supplies. Good location, nicely decorated and easy check in.

Condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. The host was excellent with communicating and check in was so easy. We treat these homes as if they were our own ao please be kind and so the sameWe ate in half of the time and the condo had everything we needed. There is a supermarket and other stores at one corner and a block and a half away is the boardwalk and ocean. Variety of restaurants in walking distance. Pool was nice and right outside the condo. It was heated and quiet. Property is well maintained.The boardwalk was clean and we felt safe. There is a huge variety of food, snacks and desserts. It is a Boardwalk and is filled with energy and life.The beach was expansive and clean. People were respectful. Early morn and after swimming is closed (5:30 pm) it is tranquil. Swim by lifeguards to be safest. I mean what can you not like about a beach!?

A gem in north wildwood

Tom’s condo was absolutely amazing. We were a family of 7 adults, 1 infant and 2 dogs and we were all super impressed with how comfortable and clean the place was. We had such a wonderful week and Tom was super responsive with any requests/isssues we ran into. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit north wildwood. It was difficult to find a place that could fit a family of my size, along with 2 dogs that also had a pool in the complex. Beds were comfortable, had anything you might need to cook, do laundry, plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. It met all of our needs and exceeded all expectations. It was outstanding. I hope to come back again soon. Thank you Tom for making our family vacation so special!

Wonderful Vacation

The place is beautiful and location was perfect. It was a delight having a pool and grills. Instructions were very clear. We had no problems or wants. You don’t need to take time out of your vacation to exercise, You get your exercise every time you go in and out of the condo. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Condo

We absolutely loved our condo. The layout and rooms were perfect for our needs. The large living space, big dining room table, and master suite were some of our favorite features. It was close to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed the pool and often had it to ourselves. The storage closet had everything in it that we needed for the beach. The outdoor grills were nice to have. The host was easy to work with, responded quickly, and very professional. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Wildwood Vacation Rental

We just returned from a week at Tom's beautiful condo that is conveniently located a block away from the Wildwood Boardwalk and Beach. Acme Grocery, a bagel shop and other restaurants are located down the street as well. Tom made the rental process seamless and was always available via text. The condo is clean, spacious and set-up perfect for a group and the kitchen is well equipped. The condo also has an entire storage closet in the garage that is filled with 2 beach carts, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. You can pack lightly and enjoy your vacation. If you are looking for safe, clean rental, look no further. We will absolutely use Tom's condo the next time we are down at the shore. Thank you again!

Perfect North Wildwood location

This year, (September 2019), has been the 5th consecutive year I've rented this property, for Irish weekend. My friends and I have a great time every year. It's close enough to the festival, where it's extremely easy and convenient to get to, yet far enough away, that we don't have to deal with the crowd. It's only a short 1.5 block walk to the boardwalk, or a 1 block walk to a diner. It's great having the heated pool here, for the days that we don't feel like leaving, and just want to hang out. The house is well furnished and always well kept/clean. No matter where you want to go in Wildwood, it's only a few minute drive from this spot, making it a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful place. Great stay!!

We enjoyed our vacation greatly! Tom’s place is beautiful. It was a family vacation and there was plenty of room for the group that we had. Just two blocks to the beach and boardwalk - great location! The place is well maintained and very well stocked. Tom is very quick to respond. We had an issue with the cable not working and Tom got it resolved in a very timely manner. Thank you Tom!!

Great location!

This was my first time renting through VRBO and it was a fantastic experience all around. The rental was super clean and spacious. Plenty of space for the 6 adults and one little guy that we were with. The pool was clean but we had such great weather that we just hung out at the beach every day. The location was perfect. Will definitely look into staying at this property again in the future.

Wonderful location, great condo

The condo was clean. It was close to boardwalk, beach and dog parks! If you have mobility issues, there are two steep flights of steps. That was the only negative. The owners was unbelievably responsive to questions, etc. will rent again!

Great place to stay.

Great place with lots of room. Very convenient having two full bathrooms. Good location that was close to the beach and Morey's pier. Owner was great with communication. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

This was my first time renting through Vrbo. Owner was awesome and answered all my crazy questions! This condo is absolutely beautiful and is literally stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a cheer competition and it was located within 4 mins of the convention center. It is also walking distance to the beach. We are considering renting in the spring or summer! Thank you for a wonder stay!!

Great place! Always clean. Very close to everything, but off the main street so not too loud.

I've stayed at this house the last 4 years for Irish weekend. The place is always clean and welcoming. I love how close it is to the boardwalk, but that it's not directly on the main street, so it cuts out a lot of noise from cars and people. The owner is always helpful and easy to get in touch with. The pool is always very well maintained and nice to sit by. Have never had any issues with neighbors, everyone has always been great and easy to get along with. All in all, I love coming down here, and look forward to it every year.
