Take your trusty bicycle with you and get your daily kick of adrenaline (or whenever you’re in the mood) on the bike pump track in Foothills Community Park. The hilly, rollicking paths allow for bike tricks on your favorite set of wheels!
Miles of Natural Desert Trails
More than 40 miles of paths and trails invite you to lead an active life. (Whether you’re into hiking, mountain biking, or taking relaxing strolls.) The Park Avenue trail provides steep pathways with spectacular views, connecting to the 19,000- acre Estrella Mountain Regional Park.
Golf Club of Estrella
Our local golf club has an award-winning course design by Nicklaus Design. This par-72, 18-hole championship golf course also has a golf shop and boasts unique dining with a spectacular view of Sierra Estrella no matter the time of the day.
With a 60+ day stay we have the ability to transfer our community Residents Clubs to you. This requires a small additional $200 transfer fee and then you will have access to Starpointe Residents Club and Presidio Residents Club. Both locations have a gym, pools and restaurants (food and drinks not included). Starpointe has a great pool with slides and fun for the kids while the Presidio pool is beautiful and heated.

Welcome to Live-Sunward, we're excited to share our home with you. My name is Lori and my husband is Don. We purchased this home because we wanted a place where we could escape the cold winters and take in lots of outdoor activities but most of all BASEBALL. We're a busy family of 5, with 3 very active kids and we are a baseball family! With Goodyear Ballpark located only 10 minutes away we knew we could take in lots of spring training games and enjoy some time in the sun. The Goodyear Ballpark is the home of the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds. When we're not on the ball field we love swimming and sun bathing and playing golf. The Estrella Mountain Ranch community has 2 beautiful community pools Presidio Residents Club and Starpointe Residents Cluband an award winning golf course that we enjoy all year long.
Presidio Residents Club is a resort-style community recreation center in the Estrella Mountain Ranch area of Goodyear, Arizona. It serves as one of Estrella’s primary resident clubs, combining fitness, dining, swimming, and social spaces in a single 18,500-square-foot facility.

There is so much to love about this property and Goodyear. It's close enough to the city of Phoenix and yet far enough away that you feel like you're on vacation. Live Sunward is nestled in the Estrella Mountain Ranch community. It's a gated property located on hole 8 of the award winning golf course. When you start your drive into Estrella Mountain Ranch you will notice all of the beautiful palm trees and desert landscape. Although it is a smaller town there isn't a shortage of things to do.
