This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located in the highly acclaimed, master planned community of Estrella Mountain Ranch. It is beautifully decorated and equipped for your comfort. This is your home- away- from -home. A place you'll want to come back to. Located toward the end of a quiet and safe cul-de-sac street with a neighborhood park , one door down. Very little through traffic. Beautiful mountain & desert views can be enjoyed from the backyard. And with no neighbors behind you and high fences around the property, it is very private and secure. The backyard is designed for entertaining and includes a gas barbeque, fire pit with bench seating, dining set plus ample additional lawn chairs and 2 ceiling fans. Open design living room, kitchen & dining area . The split floorplan provides privacy for the master bedroom and secondary bedrooms...great for two couples traveling together. Master bedroom has its own T.V, ensuite bath with two sinks, soaker tub, separate shower, private water closet and large walk-in closet The second bath is shared with the two guest rooms and includes a tub/shower combo.The media center in the great room has a 42' high definition TV with cable , Blu Ray DVD for maximum enjoyment. Air conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. Plantation shutters in all 'non view' rooms, custom draperies in living and dining rooms, and sunscreens to cut the heat. Renters have full access to the garage, for parking , storing golf clubs and such.

Located just 5 minutes from P.I.R. (NASCAR) and Goodyear ballparks . All major league teams play within a short drive. 3 golf courses nearby.Glendale stadium and entertainment area are 15 minutes away.

There are 2 bicycles for you to enjoy the wonderful AZ weather.

Also provided are a twin size roll-away bed and 2 blow up air mattresses with bedding, also a Pak 'N Play (portable crib) with linens . This home is not a good choice for small children.

I loved everything about this stay. I chose it for the desert and mountain views and because it backed up to open terrain. We enjoyed our coffee every morning, sitting on the peaceful back patio. The interior of the home itself is adorable. It reminds me of European homes decades ago. It is truly homey and very well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked, the master suite is quite spacious, and the shower’s water pressure was awesome. I feel very fortunate to have booked this with relatively short notice.

Once again we were right at home. The house is well stocked with everyday items that add to the comfort here! It is a lovely location too, there are many things to do nearby. We have stayed here twice during NASCAR Championships and hope to again next year! We highly recommend!

Race Weekend

Great location for NASCAR Championship race! The house was comfortable inside and out. Enjoyed the sunrise in the morning and fire pit and grill in the evenings. Trails and walkways are abundant in the area. Host is very responsive, we recommend and would stay again.

Cozy home

Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The house includes of a lot of the necessities. My only complaint was that the AC took a long time to cool down the house when we first arrived. Also the outdoor patio had a lot of bird poop everywhere. We were out and about most of the time so it wasn't a big deal. Overall our stay was very comfortable.

Wonderful desert residence

We had such a good time here. We loved the house, and the fact that was all one floor the place was cozy and inviting. But the thing we love best that wonderful enclosed backyard with the fire pit and the barbecue. The house was clean and stocked with all the basics so all we had to do was buy food

Celebrating family wedding

We were in town celebrating my brother's destination wedding. The owner, Geri, was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house was spotless and tastefully furnished. She literally had everything you could need during your stay. We loved the views from the back patio and enjoyed the morning sun and watching the birds and wildlife. Would definitely book again.

Estrella Mountain Getaway

My husband and I wanted to stay in the Estrella Mountain Community because we have considered moving to the area. The location of the home was perfect. Quiet and enjoyable backyard with no neighbors behind the house. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the doves and quails. We even got out most mornings to play pickleball. Geri was quick to respond to any questions that came up. I appreciate being able to check in earlier when we arrived since we came in the day of the concert we were going to. I would definitely consider staying here in the future!

Spring trip to visit son

Beautiful property with magnificent view from patio. Listening to the birds in the morning was awesome. Quail seen every day. Lots of great trails to hike in the area! Averaged 4 miles a day. Geri the host was quick with responses and information. Close to our son in Buckeye. Highly recommend.

Great Estrella mountain escape

Loved the view into the backyard! Mountains and desert as far as the eye can see. Enjoyed the fireplace and complete kitchen! House had master suite on one side and the other bedrooms on the other side. Perfect for having a little space for people to spread out. The owner was very kind, helpful and quick to respond! Race weekend

This was amazing location and great price! This was my family’s and I’s first time experiencing the championship race weekend! This house was a great layout and beautiful backyard! We had an amazing stay! Unfortunately we did have some issues, we weren’t able to use the microwave because of electrical issues with it popping the circuit breaker for it and the stove any time we attempted to use it and the toilet in the master bathroom was running all the time with a squeaky fill valve making it hard to sleep at night. Lastly the house wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. Some of the cupboards need a good deep cleaning. But even with those issues, we still had an amazing time while we were there and would definitely stay again! The hostess was great at communicating and answering last minute questions. Thank you for allowing us you use your beautiful home!

Home Purchase

We needed a nice place to stay near a home we were purchasing in the same neighborhood. We needed flexibility as we were not sure when we would get our keys. Geri was very flexible and understanding with us not being sure of our departure and letting us stay until we could get to the new place.

I am so pleased to be able to share this home with you. I'm sure you will enjoy the comfort and homieness here.

I bought in Estrella Mountain Ranch because of its wonderful reputation, as the highest rated planned community in AZ. It truly is in a class of its own. I purchased this lot because of the view. ... truly one of the very best in the area. It is so serene, with the mountains, deserts and golf course behind it. You can hear and see wildlife daily. There is a golf course behind this property but the view is partially obstructed by desert greenery . This is AZ living at its finest.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The media center contains a top of the line 42' HDTV with cable tv, and blu ray DVD player, and a gas fireplace for those occasional chilly nights. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for the person who loves to cook, entertain or barbeque.
In the garage is a twin size roll-away bed and also 2 blow up air mattresses, 2 bicycles, picnic supplies,ice chests, etc for your use.
