Cocoonr is offering this charming 120 m² holiday home in Unverre for rent, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. It is ideal for a group of 6 adults and 4 children.

It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 30 m² living room with a fireplace (first fire included), a sofa and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet

On the first floor, you’ll find:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bedroom 4, suitable for children: with two bunk beds (sleeps four)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 1,200 m²
- A west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Unverre, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. You’ll find essential shops nearby, as well as markets, restaurants and bars…

Things to do:
The region is brimming with activities and places to explore. Head off to visit Frazé and its magnificent château, or immerse yourself in the world of Marcel Proust at the museum in Illiers-Combray. Younger guests will enjoy a day out at Sweetyland, whilst horse-riding enthusiasts can go on horse or pony rides in the surrounding area.

Just a 25-minute drive away, don’t miss Bonneval, nicknamed the ‘Little Venice of the Beauce’, where you can explore the canals by canoe or electric boat for an outing that’s as original as it is enjoyable.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (one vehicle).
