Winter Wonderland

What a great experience! Kyle our property manager was great! Big snow storm while we were there so we were able to stay an extra night. So comfy and cozy!

Lovely Home and Property

The house and the neighborhood were beautiful. Mule deer, rabbits and other wildlife visited. Lots of supplies in the kitchen to help with homecooked meals. Lovely, clean home with extra pillows, blankets, games, etc. Would definitely stay again!!! I was in contact with the owners several times. They responded back within hours and were helpful with general questions about VRBO in general. Very gracious and kind!

Modern, peaceful mountain home

Great place to stay. The floor plan worked well for two couples or a family. Had all the conveniences and supplies needed. Beds were comfy. Spacious backyard with deck to watch the wildlife that wonder through. Enjoyable experience and would stay again!

Family trip

We were in the area to help me our son to Bible college. And we made it a family trip to do some site seeing as well. The house worked well for our family with grandparents along. Nice comfortable accommodating home. Thank you!

Relaxing area

Clean house plenty of room for family of 6 adults and teenagers. Loved seeing the deer every day beautiful area and weather .The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to downtown . Would definitely recommend if in the area!!

Picture Perfect!

We came from Hawaii for the Healing Is Here Conference at Charis Bible College and had the trip of a lifetime! Only 8 minutes from Charis, this home was the perfect size for us and 3 others from our church. Beautiful home in every way! The owner, Kyle, was Johnny-on-the-spot for anything we needed and very friendly. We hope to come back again next summer. We’re claiming this place as our home away from home!

Memories that’ll last a lifetime!

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean! Great location, nice neighbors and though it doesn’t have an ac it keeps nice and cool in the house at all times and the home owner also provided us with fans just in case we needed them and we didn’t! I would 10-10 recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice get away!

Woodland Park Home Review

House was clean, well kept, and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. This was my family’s first experience with a VRBO and we were very happy. We will likely try to book this same property the next time we visit Woodland Park. Highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay! We enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard every night. It close to town. It was nice to have a garage available especially with the hail that we had the one day.

Nice home in a cool town

The house was nice, it was pretty much everything described in the listing. The house for the most part had everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with deer roaming around on every block. Sometimes they would be right at the front door or they would come say hello well we hanging out on the back deck it was kind of fun to see. My favorite part was the garage, it probably saved my car one day when we got some really big hail up there the owner even left the opener which made in and out really easy. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I had so communication was also good. I’m sure I’m forgetting some things, but I would definitely stay again. Woodland park is also a very nice town and the views of pikes peak were beautifu

Great place to stay to explore CO

This was a wonderful place to stay. The town is clean and cute with deer everywhere. We even had them in our backyard. We wanted to stay a little bit more into the mountains and travel in to CO Springs and to other locations. This location is perfect. The entrance to Pike’s Highway is very close too. The house itself is updated and was roomy for our family of 4. The teenagers each had their own room. It is not air-conditioned. It stayed pretty cool keeping the windows open and running the fans at night. The living room is not the coziest which is why I gave it 4/5. The couch is not comfortable. We were off exploring most of the time so it didn’t matter too much but the one night we wanted to watch a movie together, we could not all get comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house met our needs. The deer were a bonus.

Relaxing Visit

Hi I'm Kyle! I am a Teller County Native and I love and know this area well! My children are growing up in our family home in this area. We would love to have you as our guests and will help to make your time spent here special. We especially enjoy the outdoors and are all avid hikers, bikers, fishermen, and sportsman. We always welcome questions about the area and things to do!

Our Woodland Park home offers the best location for all of the Pikes Peak area attractions. There are many great hiking trails in Woodland Park, and several just outside of town. Fishing is a perfect family activity, and Manitou Lake and Rampart Reservoir (open during summer) are close spots, but there is also Eleven Mile Reservoir/Canyon and Spinney Mountain Reservoir. Hop on your Mountain bike and experience the great outdoors in the National Forest or city trails. Enjoy being close to wonderful restaurants, breweries and local shopping.
