Build memories in style! This beautifully renovated lodge is nestled in the pines, <1 mile from historic downtown Prescott. Enjoy our hot tub, pool table, ping pong and air hockey tables along with foosball, shuffleboard and dart board to keep you entertained while not downtown or hiking at the national forest that is only a couple miles from the lodge. Also, enjoy the children's play room, pack'n'play, high chair and bouncing chair if you have small children...super fun! Please note, this is a quiet and dark neighborhood at 10:00 PM and parking is prohibited on the street so no big drinking parties or anything - you will be fined if you don't abide by these polices.

This space has been designed for comfort, utility, fun and serenity and is in a convenient location! The home is .8 miles from downtown and close to many hiking trails and lakes in the Prescott area.

Additionally, the driveway (equipped with a Tesla Electric Vehicle Charging Station) can accommodate up to 5 smaller cars or 4 larger ones. Please note the street parking is not allowed in the neighborhood and you may be ticketed if you park there by the city or fined by use if we receive neighbor complaints.

The property is located on a double lot for added privacy and boasts 3,000 square feet space that consists of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two living rooms a kitchen / dining room and an amazing game room.

The main level includes the "Charred Pine" Master Bedroom with a Soft Queen Pillow Top Bed and renovated porcelain tile master bath, an adjoining room to the master (the "Pine View" Bedroom with a queen futon) in addition to the "Blue Pine" Bedroom with a Medium Queen Pillow Top. Please note that the Pine View bedroom is adjoining to the master and has access to the deck or access to the master bedroom. The living room blends into the kitchen / dining area in addition to another seating area that is around 30 feet above the pine base. The shuffleboard and foosball table are situated here along with high end furniture & queen pull out sofa for your comfort as well as a fully stocked kitchen (including spices) and 65" Smart TV. The kitchen has a fancy table that will seat 12-14 once the two leaves are installed. There is also a covered deck that overlooks a beautiful pine back yard.

The lower level includes the "Raw Pine" room that includes a custom made pine Queen Sized bunk bed with high quality mattresses in addition to the "Mixed Pine" room that also includes a Queen sized bunk bed and neighbors the children's play room and has a room with a door that leads into the backyard. The family room is beautiful and provides a full size sofa bed in addition to a 70" Smart TV. The Game Room is the highlight of this level with a full sized Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table and Dart Board. Endless hours of fun in this lodge!!

The backyard is beautiful and nicely secluded from the other neighbors and has a large firepit (when the local fire risk doesn't prohibit it) and a relaxing hammock to gaze up at the stars. We have a large Hot Tub for you right off the deck and have a table and chairs in addition to a high quality barbeque for your outdoor fun time. Again, be aware, we do not tolerate large, loud drinking parties in the backyard, it is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and this behavior will get you a fine.

All towels and bedding are included. The kitchen and baths include basics such as soap (hand and dish), toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. The kitchen is designed to feel like you are at home and has all amenities needed to enjoy cooking family meals.

We will do everything we can to take care of you and make this a memorable experience for all in your group!

Tesla / Electric Vehicle Charging Available (ask for details - $10 Fee per day). Also, we allow for furry friends (pets) and ask that you pay a $15 nightly fee for each pet and ensure that they are well behaved.
