Newly furnished apartment *** stars to DTV

Our apartment has just been certified with 3 stars according to DTV standard. The apartment / workers room (for 2-3 persons) is located in our family house, about 60 square meters and will be rented for the first time in 2018.
We have a completely new bedroom, living room and kitchen installed. The apartment consists of a separate entrance, hall, living room (with pull-out bed possibly for a 3 person), bedroom (double bed 180x200), kitchen, bathroom with window and shower, laminate flooring.
You are vacationing in the middle of the Wildeshauser Geest nature reserve,
in 200m flows the Hunte, in 6 km distance is the Hartensbergsee at Goldenstedt here are all shops, in 150m is a village shop, where you get a lot, otherwise the county town Wildeshausen in 10km, Bremen and Oldenburg about 35km and the North Sea, Hanover and Osnabrück about 100km away. Here you will find peace and relaxation, beautiful bike rides or walks are among them. For dinner on the sun terrace with a glass of wine and on the Hunteauen look to delicious grilling.
You can enjoy everything alone or if you feel like it, even in the evening together.

We do not want animals, because unfortunately we have bad experience with it.
