The "Sapphire Pearl" was renovated from top to bottom in early 2022. This charming home sits right over the canal with an open entertainment area, large screen tv and bar area to enjoy while you fish and bbq. Be sure to star gaze from the open balcony that stretches across the entire front of the house! During holiday times, fireworks can be watched right from the huge balcony so no need to leave your vacation spot, everything is right here for you! Our guests love the new boat slip, green fishing light great for nighttime fishing, amazing sunrise and sunset views, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, beach toys, a charcoal grill and more. It's just a few blocks from the Sea Isle Marina Restaurant (where Clay Walker has been known to stop by and sing a few songs), the Sea Isle fishing Pier (longest pier on the Island!), and an easy short walk or golf cart ride to the Beach. Want some professional photography while you are here? Ask about childrens' mermaid photo and family photo packages taken right on the beach. It's all about the experience!

The lower deck has a covered area with open bar area, refrigerator, tv, chairs and table. There is a charcoal grill and lots of area for viewing the fish and coastal birds! There are tv's in every bedroom (except bunkroom) and the beach is barely a mile away. Our renters usually reserve a golf cart from local companies, that will be waiting for you when you arrive. So many things to do in Sea Isle and nearby tourist attractions! Winter Texans welcome!
