Beautiful canal home located in the Sea Isle subdivision. Fully remodeled kitchen. New blender! New boat lift straps available. Boat needs to be 21 feet or larger to fit in the sling, otherwise they can be tied to cleats. Totally updated.. Brand new dock, a.c., floors, oven, microwave, fridge. 2nd story deck faces west for beautiful sunsets on the canal. concrete entertainment area below the main deck with seating that overlooks the canal for entertainment or fishing purposes. Complimentary kayaks to use in the canal. Charcoal and stainless propane grill downstairs. The canal is great for swimming and you can use the ladder on the dock to get in. 3 block walk to the beautifully maintained private beach and access to all that Sea Isle has to offer including a marina, key to the private boat launch, bar and restaurant, and private gated fishing pier. Complimentary keurig with k-cups and coffee pot with coffee provided in fridge. Wi-fi, 55 in. LED tv. in livingroom and 55 in. LED flat screen in master. 2 full baths, Full washer/dryer, and dishwasher. King sized bed in the master, 2 sets of single bunk beds in the 1st guest room and a full sized bunk in the 2nd guest room. No garage access. There is a communal pool but renters are required to go to the office directly next to the pool to pay for a pass in order to have access. The owner has nothing to do with access to the pool.

July 4th weekend

We fit 8 adults very comfortably. All the beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. This is our second time staying in the Sea Isle neighborhood, we really like it. Itā€™s a neat little community. The neighbors put on a great fireworks show. We ate at the Marina and listened to live music. We had a great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend getaway. The outside area was perfect for family gatherings by the water. The beds were comfy and the updated kitchen was a plus! We will be back!

Birthday beach getaway

This is our second time staying here! We love everything about this house. We came last year for our kids' birthdays and loved it so much we did it again. Galveston Time

This is the first time we rented a house in Galveston instead of staying in a hotel. It was perfect. The house was the perfect size and the location was great. We all loved that we could fish right on the property and beach was close. Will stay there again next time.

Clean and comfortable stay

Spent 8 days here for a working vacation. House was clean and had a great Sea Isle location. Internet was fast and Direct TV was good since it was cool much of our time here. Could use some refresh of towels and bedding plus a few more glasses for drinking but was clean and convenient for accessing the beach or the marina/bay.

Great stay and location

Great location, had everything we needed and only 2 minute drive to the public beach access; we had fun fishing at the house as well. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. It didn't take away from our stay at all, but our only suggestion is a good dusting and base board cleaning. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Fabulous stay with family

We had a great time at this property. We had our fur babies as well. Easy and quick communication with Mike. House was as advertised. Really loved the master suite and comfy living area. We had lots of fun fishing off deck and patio and had a nice catfish dinner. Easy access to beach too. Loved this vacation!

Nice property and peaceful area.

We loved the property and were very comfortable there during the week. The property was spacious and clean and the kitchen was well equipped with more than just the basics. Unfortunately, we made the rookie mistake of booking during the Lone Star rally so Thursday and Friday were pretty loud around us but during the week was calm and peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Making memories

I would recommend this property to anyone!! I have rented various properties in this area for 25 years and this is the only one I booked a second time. It was clean, spacious and very well appointed. We had everything we needed and my friends and family made lots of lasting memories!

10 Stars!!!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It's very spacious and had more than we needed! The pictures online don't do this gorgeous home justice! We had a great time fishing off the back patio, kayaking, and there was even an XBOX. Hope we get to stay here again!!! The owner was very responsive and extremely accommodating.

Absolutely lovely!

Due to a previous review I read I was anxious about messaging the host for anything however when I had questions I did reach out and had nothing but pleasant responses. Very helpful and not rude at all. The house was cozy and homey. It was truly beautiful. I forgot my body wash in the truck and to my surprise there was a dispenser in the shower. The kayaks were a blast! I will definitely be booking again.

A hidden little gem

We stayed over Christmas with my family of 6 adults. There was plenty of room for all and the furniture was super comfy and the house was cozy. It was quite chilly while we were there so it was nice to have cable in order to watch movies and TV. It did warm up and my young adult sons were able to get out and enjoy taking the complimentary kayaks through the canal. I had to reach out to the owner a couple times and he was super quick to respond and followed up to make sure everything was well. All in all, you will not regret a stay at this great little spot!
