Beautiful Golf Course Views & Pool, Close to Beach

We are grateful to share that this beautiful condo is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again! Our Pool and Hot Tub are open as well as are many establishments throughout the gulf beach areas. Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate and need as they recover. Many businesses are open and are eager to welcome You!

Forget your worries in this serene space in St Petersburg, just a couple minute drive from famous St Pete Beach. You’ll enjoy sitting on the private patio to enjoy a drink or read a book, which overlooks a golf course for amazing views. The main bedroom has an attached bath & the 2nd bedroom has a guest bath right next to it. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook, though numerous restaurants are a several minute drive. Central to St Petersburg & activities, you’ll love the location!

Walk inside this first floor condo into a bright and welcoming space. You will find the living area straight ahead and the kitchen to your left. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, a TV with cable and a full dining table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook if you desire, with room to eat in at the additional dining table.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom right next to it. The master suite has a king size bed, overlooks the golf course and has a full attached bath.

Enjoy quiet and peaceful views from your private patio which has a small table and chairs. Perfect space to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or kick back and relax.

Guests have access to the condo and resort style pool nearby, the private patio and nearby walking paths. The golf course is private, so access is not available to guests.

I live nearby and am readily available if needed. Typically reservations take place with out person to person contact, but I can easily be reached by phone, Airbnb messaging or text.

Isla del Sol is a resort community that consists of numerous individual communities. It is quiet and peaceful and a combination of vacationers, residents and part time residents. Nearby are walking paths that you can enjoy scenic views on. The beach is a couple minutes drive and can be walked to if you choose (1-2 miles depending).

Having a car is ideal, as most restaurants are 1-2 miles away. However, if you want to have groceries and food delivered, or cook at home, you may not need a vehicle.

The beach is close, access points would be St Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach or Fort Desoto Beach. Anywhere from 1.5-4 miles.

St. Petersburg downtown is just 12 minutes away with tons to do and a lot of activity, from museums to outdoor festivals to endless dining options.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older. Note, the HOA requires a 15-day advance notice before check-in, following booking your reservation.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however, we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving to prevents pests and odors.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Please be respectful of others by being quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc.). Additionally, there are residents who enjoy this place of relaxation year round, so this is not a party destination. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times, including at pool.
- Parking pass, pool pass and clubhouse key must be returned upon checkout - Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per lost item.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

The following is a list of rules of the community association. By booking this condo, you are agreeing to the following:
- Park only in assigned spot
- Guest parking is not intended for extended periods or overnight
- Guests or tenants are not allowed pets at all whatsoever
- Standard private passenger vehicles only, no other vehicles
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony, hallway, or any common/visible area
- Rules posted at pool will be strictly enforced
- No chairs in grassy area
- No more than 6 people in condos
- No propane or charcoal grills
- This is a residential community, not a hotel, conduct yourselves accordingly

- Per HOA rules, all guests 18+ must complete a background check before arrival. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.
