This beautiful home sits in an area where all the homes are all at least on 1/2 acre lots, with many on lots of 2 1/2 acres or more. This is a also great house to hang out in. There is an indoor spa, a pitch and putt golf green (clubs provided if you don't have yours). A built-in grill area sits by the pool that's set up like a lagoon with a waterfall, Doggie friendly There is a dog area-kennel that is fenced Dogs welcome with refundable dog deposit Also have a pool table and dartboard to enjoy along with 9 different TVs with direct TVs sports and movie packages.

(If you decide you would like to use the propane heater to heat the pool there is an extra $500.00 deposit required this is not part of the security deposit.)There are 2 ponds and a 180-gallon fish tank. There are four bedrooms, and also the guest casita that is included!! bedroom one is set up like a kid's room with a full bed and a set of bunk beds, A master suite features a sliding glass door out to the spa/ pond room. A third bedroom is a traditional room very comfortable king size bed. The fourth is on the other side of the house. It has 2 full beds and is set up like a hotel suite. It has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and looks out on to the pool area The way the house is set up with the one bedroom set on the far side of the home comes in handy if there is some late-night socializing going on, but someone needs to get some sleep The casita Has a kitchen and king bed and a full bed. Also, there are many couches and a fold out beds. The televisions in the house comes with Dish Network with the Americas 200 package, so if you do decide to spend a night at home there is plenty of shows to choose from. All the bedrooms have their own TVs.

We can help with any needs you might have. There is always someone available 24/7 We can help you with any issues or questions you might have during your stay, The owners live next door, so we can be right there, ready to address any and all problems. You can call anytime night or day. There is is no rave events or parties allowed. This will be strictly enforced. The goal is to make your stay as hassle free as can be! There is an onsite manager and security cams that face the driveway (there are no cameras inside the property)

The pool/spa area is a real great place to hang out. Fire up the grill and enjoy your vacation. The money you can save by enjoying your meals at home, sitting by the pool, will more than pay for your stay here at the house. The house is pet friendly. (We can install a dog door that leads out to a fenced grass yard that is escape proof.)
