This cozy home sleeps 6 with with 2 king size beds, a queen sleeper sofa, has 2 full baths, dining area over looking the ocean and fireplace. The Beach House at Spirit Cove will be a place of lasting Oregon Coast memories for you and your friends and family.

The Space
Spirit Cove is set up to be that cozy beach cottage you have always dreamed about. Single level home with beautiful beach views form almost every room.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen and dining area share a space with large ocean view from bay window. The kitchen is fully stocked with many new appliances. Dining table seats 6.

Living Room
Two seating areas in the living room with fantastic ocean views. Walk right out to the patio and hot tub from large glass sliding doors.
-TV viewing from large comfortable couch that turns into a queen sleeper sofa.
-Smart TV with cable, DVD player and selection of DVD's.
-TV stand with electric fireplace.
-Second seating area is great for board games and puzzles with the family by the fireplace. Two lounge chairs, large coffee table, and love seat.

Master King Bedroom
King size bed with ocean view. Glass sliding door leads right out to the patio and hot tub. Smart TV with cable, wo bedside tables with lamps, closet and a set of drawers,
Work desk off to the side of master bedroom with small desk, chair and lamp.

Master Bathroom
Full bathroom with stand up shower, vanity with sink and mirror, toilet, hairdryer and linens.

Second King Bedroom
King size bed, Smart tv with cable, two night stand and lamps, closet and a set of dressers.

Second Full Bathroom
Conveniently located in hallway across from 2nd bedroom. Large tile stand up shower, vanity with sink and mirror, toilet, hairdryer and linens.

Patio And Deck
Large wooden deck with epic ocean views overlooking back yard and boardwalk. Five person hot tub, gas fireplace, 2 lounge chairs, 4 Adirondack chair and lots of bench seating.

Laundry Room
Laundry Room at end of house off of kitchen with washer and dryer.

Neighborhood
Located about 8 miles north of Gold Beach in the Nesika Beach Area. Neighborhood is one of three beach houses built around the same time in the 1950's. Neighbors are longtime residents, accommodating of respectful guests and do let their dogs run around freely.

Beach Access
Beautiful wood boardwalk runs right next to house and leads you to one of Oregon's most amazing beaches. The boardwalk is private access shared with the two neighbors.

Parking
Plenty of parking for three vehicles. Guests must park along wooden fence. Any trailers or tow behinds must get prior approval.

Dog Friendly
Pet Rules: Dogs must have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules.
1. Your dogs must not be aggressive in any way. There are neighbor dogs that roam freely in the neighborhood.
2. Additional pet fee of $125 per stay.
3. Pets may not be left alone at house.
4. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture.
5. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out.
6. Pets must be secured at all times.
7. Neighbors do let their dogs roam around freely in the neighborhood and have been known to come onto property. We ask our guests to make allowances for their visits.
