This house is super cute and is for anyone looking for a nice place to call home for vacation or work or any other reason possible. If you are prone to getting hot at night, there is an extra air conditioning unit in the master bedroom closet. There are also plenty of fans if you prefer a fan. This house is located on a quiet side street with no possibility for through traffic. It is a safe neighborhood, we have never experienced any crime or issue in 5 years of hosting. It is a wonderful neighborhood full of families. Sometimes kids play in the street, so make sure to drive slow in the neighborhood. Please let us know if you need anything at all during your stay. We want every guest to have a 5-star experience.

*Note* Here in this part of NJ, many homes are historic, including this one, the stairs are narrow, the bathroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues.*Note*

The house backs up to the woods before the Famous Rancocas Creek so plenty of green scenery for sleep. In fact, many schools and businesses are named for this river!

We had a wonderfulStay ! The house is much bigger than it looks , we fit comfortably with 2 adults , 2 teens and 2 dogs . Plenty of extra essentials like toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap. Nice and clean house !

Comfortable stay

This home offered plenty of space for us to be comfortable during our stay. The fenced in back yard was a nice private space to relax outside.The stairs are typical of an older home, narrow and steep so that is something to be aware of if you have any trouble negotiating stairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Met our needs

The house was clean and centrally located in Mount Holly. The owner was regularly in contact to make sure we were doing OK. The bedrooms were sufficiently comfortable. The kitchen was ample, with all the basic items needed to cook and clean.

We enjoyed our long weekend at your cute home. The place was as described. Linens and towels were a plus! The dogs enjoyed the backyard space, as did we. The only suggestion I would have would be some extra mirrors in the bedrooms so people could get ready while others use the shower. But that didn’t ruin our stay at all! Thanks for the use of your home. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Mount Holly

Place was okay to stay for a few nights. Was visiting family and sightseeing for most of the day, just needed a place to primarily sleep. Loved that it was approximately 45 minutes away from everything, i.e extended family, six Flags, outlets etc. The only downside is the low ceiling height. I'm a little over 6 ft and hit my head a few times going up the very narrow stairs, definitely not a spot for taller, or larger people, just glad my family of 4 were able to fit. Overall , a decent stay for a few nights.

Awful

This was not as described. There was mold in the tub, chemicals in the yard, unmoved grass, dilapidated fence, barely working A/C, and parking was a farce. The bathroom door did not shut properly. We ended up not staying and decided to drive home four hours instead. The property owner offered us a reduced rate for a future stay!😳 Nope, never.

We feel bad that Karen did not enjoy her stay. At our home we have professional cleaners and professional management constantly checking on the property. This occurs before EVERY guest arrives. We ensure it is in tip-top shape for every single guest that visits. We work endlessly to provide the best experience possible. Every item she mentioned was checked and found to be in working, safe order. We think any future guest will enjoy their stay.

Perfect for my needs!

My entire family is from the Mt. Holly area, however I moved away several years ago for work. I returned for a funeral and needed to bring my two dogs with me. Steven was so accommodating of the last minute booking and welcomed my dogs without hesitation. If you know the area, you know it isn’t a destination resort town. So I knew my expectations for the area. However, I never felt unsafe. The house was perfect for me and my dogs; featuring a large fenced-in yard, updated kitchen, and spacious bathroom. If you have mobility issues, this wouldn’t be a good choice house due to very steep narrow stairs. It was never an issue for me or my dogs, and I appreciated the historic Mt. Holly charm! I will definitely be staying here again in the future when I need to return to my hometown.

Quiet and peaceful

7 days of peace to spend with our son and family before they leave for 4 years. Location is perfect to base, airport, and activities. The neighbors are friendly and the kids laughter was infectious. There were plenty of seating, dish soap, bed linings, towels, paper products. Our pups enjoyed the backyard. The house was clean and no smell of past dogs. I enjoyed the architecture of this house being it was different than others I’ve stayed in. 3 story, narrow steps but plenty of room. I would happily stay again. There is always pros and cons however. The things I noticed that can help you plan ahead was: the kitchen isn’t heavily stocked. There are a few pots, crockpot, coffeemaker. But no dry goods like coffee, sugar, cooking spray, etc. May want to pick up solo cups, or a few from the dollar tree. If using the top floor room we placed a dark flat sheet over one window to keep the sun from heating the room. If you have small dogs keep an eye on them outside as there are a few small openings around the bottom of the fence. For us we have stayed many places and was beyond pleased.
