In this cozy and bright apartment you spend your dream vacation and enjoy a magnificent view of the countryside.

In the salon with direct access to the spacious corner balcony, the sitting area invites you to relax. The open kitchen area offers all possibilities for self-sufficiency. Enjoy the evening glass of wine at the common dining area in the living area or at sunset on the balcony.

From the salon you enter the smaller bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a comfortable double bed (1.40 mx 2.0 m). In the closet your wardrobe will find enough space.

The large and bright bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 mx 2.0 m) and a spacious closet can be reached from the small hallway. Here is also the small but nice bathroom with a corner shower and enough space for your utensils.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. The car parking space to your apartment is in the underground car park with direct access to the elevator. Bicycles can be stored in the hotel's own bike room.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31st August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

The Villa Rosengarten is the second of the two newly built buildings in the park-like grounds of the residence Bleichröder.

In addition to an elevator, our guests have a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a bicycle storage room. Each apartment has a furnished balcony over the corner or a terrace.

The guesthouse offers breakfast, bread service and swimming pool for a fee (order locally).

For your vehicle is a parking space in the underground car park.
