Updated 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo located on the Boardwalk on 36th Street with outdoor pool! Water views from the Living area and Primary Bedroom! Watch the dolphins from the Oceanfront Balcony.

This condo building has an outdoor inground pool, coin operated laundry facility on each floor and Wi-Fi throughout the whole building.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. We furnish the comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows, blankets and linens.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROPERTIES RENT FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

We loved our stay here. The view was amazing and the condo was very clean and it had everything we needed. Margie was very helpful and made check in very easy and made sure we had all our linens. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an awesome place on the beach!

The property looked just like the pictures, oceanfront view from the windows and balcony. Dolphins were out almost every day of our 7 day stay. It was CLEAN and easy to locate. Boardwalk and bike teail were just out the back door. Host was fantastic and helpful, very informative and friendly! My only complaint was the windows to ocean view were dirty with sand because of a recent storm and they were harder to see out of, but storms happen so can you really complain about that. It is located right on the end of the main strip so its a bit quieter than if you were in the thick of things and you can walk or trolly ride to everything! We had a great stay with a lot of good food and drinks. Pool was kind of small, but it was not busy. Tiki bar just down a few blocks on the beach was great, the waterfront restaurant down by 5th had the best seafood!

Great oceanfront condo!

Great location, condo and grounds. Master bedroom was small, but had an on-suite bathroom and balcony access. Second bedroom was beyond spacious, even with 2 queen beds. Very spacious living and dining area.

Perfect location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The unit was clean, and we loved that when we got there, all the linens were plastic wrapped, so we know they were washed professionally. We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning from our room. It was just so convenient to go to the beach, use one of the multiple outdoor showers to rinse off and then take a dip in the pool. We loved our stay there!

Location was amazing-right where we like to stay. The Master bed was pretty beat up-soft/lumpy-we stayed in the 2nd bedroom where the mattresses were much better. Even though the pool was streetside-it was secluded enough for us.

We had a fabulous time! Weather was pretty good except for the last 24 hours with a tropical storm coming thru. That was a little scary. The condo was very clean and close to lots of restaurants and points of interest for us. We will be back!!

Great Experience

This condo was perfect for our family vacation to Virginia Beach. It was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. All of the appliances and furniture looked new and well taken care of. We felt very comfortable relaxing in the condo when we weren't out enjoying the beach or the pool. Margie made the check-in / check-out process very simple, and she was very easy to communicate with. My family and I are looking forward to coming back next year!

From the beginning to the end she was very pleasant and easy to work with. She told me this property was their most popular rental and I see why. The place was very clean and cozy! The kids (32yo, 24yo & 16yo) and I really enjoyed our stay. This was our second years staying at this location and we plan to be back next year. The location is perfect if your looking for a less crowded beach. Very family friendly. So next year I will be booking our vaca with Margie Chapman for sure!! Thanks Margie, see you in 2026!

Great location, clean condo, fantastic week!

We had a lovely stay here in June of 2023 for our first time in Virginia Beach. The condo is clean and spacious, and Margie and her team were great to work with when I had questions. The location really can't be beat - 3 floors down and you're basically on the boardwalk/beach. Everything in the condo was in working order, and we found the beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins just off shore from the balcony each day. Having the laundry room and trash chute just outside the door of the condo was a bonus too! I don't know if it was because of the week we chose (prior to July 4th) or the location of the condo, but the beach never seemed crowded. We will absolutely come back here, and have already recommended it to several friends!

Margie, our local property manager contact, was absolutely spectacular. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even before posting the very first deposit! She made the check in process extremely smooth and easy!LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The room was very nice, but needed a few fixes. These did not affect our stay at all.The view was amazing and cleanliness was great! Would not hesitate to re-book this property!

Margie was very easy to work with, everything was exactly as she spoke about. The view was absolutely beautiful and the location was very convenient. We didn't like the fact only 1 car is included and the 2nd car costs about 28.00 per day several blocks away to park in a parking deck. Also construction happening while we were there so that was inconvenient but it happens. The location to the beach was perfect. The quietness of the location was beautiful. The convenience was nice. The room was perfect for 6 people. Overall a great stay and convenient location. Would recommend staying here for a peaceful, friendly, convenient, getaway.

Took advantage of multiple restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, dinner & drinks, took long walks on the boardwalk daily, enjoyed sunrise from the balcony, hung out on the beach & even enjoyed eating in because the view is so gorgeous. Hated to leave & would definitely stay here again!
