Better than a Hotel

As a host we have to address any issues that get brought to our attention, from guests or neighbors. We had had concerns with this guest, when noticed lock activity. Then started receiving complaints, then grew more concerned when were being told by different neighbors about men coming in and out of unit starting from evening onto early morning. First was neighbors, then neighbors called the office to complain. Serious accusations of illegal activity we have to address! Guest when confronted THEN told us she didnt feel safe there, and a neighbor was making advances, yet they took food up to said neighbor. She also confirmed they had an unapproved guest staying with them. The only drugs were them smoking weed in backyard, have proof. We offered to alter her stay and she could check out since didnt feel safe, but guest chose to stay. Ater seeing a man with a gun and says too afraid to go outside, and in a place that is filthy with nasty aggressive cats.. she chose to stay and had even extended her stay before we started getting complaints?? She implied they were lawyers and said could not give information on what they were in town for because was confidential. That extra guest was another lawyer they had to fly in. Her words.
