Spacious (1600 sqft!) & updated, pet & kid friendly, 2/2 condo w/ each room containing a smart TV! 6 queen beds! Foosball! Nintendo & board games too! All amenities: cookware, silverware, coffee pot & coffee, blender, etc. Brick interior w/ nearly everything brand new! A dedicated office space to work or enjoy the string light patio! It’s central location allows for quick access to downtown or the hospital.


The check-in instructions are very helpful! CALL ME if you can't get in!

- No AC below 70 or unit will freeze up!
- If you see anything broken, send a picture ASAP!
- Pick up after pets! No pets on furniture! A minimum $250 fee will be charged if pet feces/damages are caused by your pet!
- No smoking inside including e-cigs! Butts in trash!
- Extra air filters in laundry room! Feel free to install a new filter if dirty!

Checkout list
- Take out trash to the dumpster in the back!
- Turn off AC, turn off lights, and shut the blinds!
- Place used linens on the floor in one pile!
- Clean dishes 🍴, coffee pot ☕️, and empty the fridge!
- Place TV remotes where they can easily be found.
- Pick up after pets! A minimum $250 fee will be charged if pet feces/damages are caused by your pet

Home away from home

Needed a place to stay for 3 months while going through some personal issues, this place was just what i needed, clean, homey and central. Host was resposive and welcoming, couldnt ask for a better stay!

Great Place

This property is in a good location close to everything. Everything is very clean and well thought out. We love the bunks so all 4 of our kids have a place to sleep. Plenty of games to entertain them as well! Kitchen is very big and well filled so I can make meals. We love how spacious the whole house is.

Family friendly

We had a great time at this vrbo. It had a fusbol table, games and room for the kids to run around. The location was convenient to the airport and the places around town. The host was easy to access on the phone. Check in and check out was easy. Cleanliness could have been better especially the couch. There could have been more washcloths, but there was a washer and drywr that was a must have! I would recommend for kids and quick visits.

Family Event

Located in a rundown part of town. Main toilet clogged and backed up after initial use. Reached out to Host to have someone come out and look at it. They came the next morning. When we pulled dishes out to use, they were dirty. Coffee pot still had old coffee grounds in it. The day after we checked out, we received a message from the Host falsely accusing us of taking a TV and Nintendo and requesting payment. Do not recommend staying here and will never stay there again.

Were grateful the guest won't stay again. Guest didn't lock the front door upon leaving. The smartlock records the timing of all lock actions. If someone walks in through the front door due to the guests negligence to lock it and steals a TV, it's still the guest's responsibility. The toilet was clogged by the guest though we fixed it at our cost. It's what hosts do. Dirty dishes and old coffee grounds were never acknowledged though this is quite minor complaint. Well worth a partial cleaning refund in return for a better review. Finally, as for the rundown part of town comment: our place is adequately priced for the area. Guest desires a Cadillac on a Chevy budget.
