Three people walked onto the property the next morning. I was sitting outside and did not know who they were. I asked who (by first name on the booking request) was. The night before a car was parked in the wrong location, despite clear parking instructions provided on the pre check in message. I informed her that I had sent her a message the night before asking to move the car to the proper location. I never received a response nor was the car moved. I was then told by the gentleman that it was his car and that he would be leaving and that the other two guests were staying. A short time later after the gentleman had left, I was approached and offered to pay the extra fee for the one night for the extra guests which I decided to let bygones be bygones. On another note at the time of the booking request, I had received an alert message from VRBO warning me of my property being at risk for potential violations from this guest. Since I had already accepted the booking, I decided to send a message to the guests outlining the house rules as well as to confirm the number of guests staying. Two guests were listed on the booking RSVP. I also gave her the option to cancel the booking if she did not agree with the terms of the house rules . She responded back that she concurred with the terms of the house rules and number of guests. Despite that she violated the rules and snuck in another guest. She just got caught. Yes I do have security cameras in front and rear of the house, but definitely not on the deck. But i'm thinking of adding one there too. She is deceitful and now I understand why I received that email alert from VRBO.

False accusations, very demanding, despite 10% discount. Personal beach chairs provided. Husband very nice and humble. Please beware! Maybe expected 5 star lodging.
