3 BR, 2.5 Bath Charming, bi-level, single family home for rent just a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Central Air, washer and dryer, renovated kitchen and appliances with everything you need for your convenience. Rental includes 3 parking spots in the driveway, and street parking is easily accessible for overflow parking or guests. Lovely outdoor patio area with wicker seating and a grill on the ground level, along with an upstairs deck off the living area with a bistro dining set for you to enjoy your morning cup of joe. Outdoor shower, beach chairs, and beach tags are provided. Brigantine is very family friendly and you will love this location for a great summer vacation, or a cozy and relaxing getaway in the off season. There are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, ice cream shops, a golf course and everything else you need etc close by. Atlantic City is a short drive over the bridge, for plenty more entertainment options.

This is the ideal vacation rental for romantic getaways for couples and life long memories for families of all sizes and ages.

We really enjoyed this property for a family vacation! We love the neighborhood, not overly busy just right for a family that wants to enjoy the seashore. The proximity from the house to the beach was perfect. Good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our vacation.

Great location

This spot was great to stay with a short walk to the beach. We did not have to bring any beach gear because they have everything you need in a small shed located on the property. The six beach passes included were perfect.

Excellent house

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything you need. Very homey feeling with comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for 6 people. The location from house to beach is perfect. The kids and I worked often. Even at night to watch the waves. It was a fun vacation and the amenities of this house were helpful and spot on.

Amazing!

This was such a great place to stay. Very close walking distance to the beach and comfortably slept 6 people in my group, and would have space for even more! Check in was easy and the house was beautiful. They provide so much for the people staying and we had a great time :)

Our family loved this property. The house contained everything we needed, and the beach items were a plus. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Gem Rental

Great rental, located in a lovely local part of the island. Beach is a perfect distance, and amenities associated with the rental and beach were terrific. Ideal for families with kids, can’t wait to go back again. Left like a home away from home. Owner was top class , , everything was perfect

Great location, perfectly situated for family gathering, near the beach and golf course

Absolutely brilliant, Katie was very helpful, booking from start to finish went perfect. House is beautifully laid out, furnished very well and plenty of beach equipment as part of the rental…. We will definitely and along with the rest of my family / cousins are coming back again!!!!!!!!

Convenient to beach

We enjoyed our stay and were lucky that the weather was good. The house is very convenient to the beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing serious.

Great Beach House!!

Our stay in Brigantine was amazing!! The house was perfectly located, stocked with everything we needed and so clean! Katie is an amazing host, quick to respond and made sure everything was perfect. We loved how the bedrooms and common areas were on separate floors and the home was so spacious! Would 10/10 recommend!

Real Beachin!!

The property was everything we thought it would be and more. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our two grandchildren ages 4&5. The upstairs living area was laid out very nicely with plenty of room for all 7 of us. All the bed were very comfortable. The use of the beach wagon came in handy when walking to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Getaway!

The house worked out perfectly for our 5 adult stay! The bedrooms are downstairs with the main living area upstairs. Loved the big, comfortable dining table and the huge sectional! A huge plus were the 2 1/2 baths for us to get ready as well. The house is a short walk to the beach and the owners provide all the amenities you need to to enjoy your stay except linens. Renting those was a breeze! We hung out a lot at the outdoor set as well - which was very comfortable. Will stay here again

Enjoyable

Overall a very nice rental close to the beach. Place was very clean. The upstairs gets much hotter than the downstairs even with the AC on. I thought it was odd that they did not supply things like toilet paper, trash bags, etc, and in fact told us we could go to the store to restock this. But good communication with the host.

Brigantine Vacation

The property is very nice. It is well kept and is furnished well. The location is nice as there is only a short walk to the beach. My recommendations for improvement are as follows: 1. The installation of a wall air conditioning unit in the upper level would be a nice value add. The thermostat is in the lower, bedroom portion of the house. In order to cool the upstairs living/dining/kitchen area enough to be comfortable, you have to set the thermostat so low that the downstairs bedrooms become very cold. 2. The bathroom door in the master bedroom does not stay open. It swings closed when you are standing at the sink and has to be propped open. Please adjust the door so that it stays open. 3. The beach equipment was adequate and in good condition. An improvement would be to provide a second beach umbrella to support more than two people when a larger group is renting the house. Overall, we were very pleased with the responsiveness of the owner and amenities in the house. We would consider renting the home again if the aforementioned changes were made. Thank you.

Great place! Clean and cozy and close to beach

We had a wonderful time at this beach home! It has a great layout with open living area into kitchen. Everything you could need for a nice week at the beach! Great beach town- our first trip to brigantine. very quiet with not many restaurants but great to walk and bike around town. The house also had a convenient outdoor shower and patio to eat or get ready for the beach. The sand wagon they had was a lifesaver to haul all our things to the beach. Thank you to the hosts!

A few short comings

The most serious problem was the plumbing. The king bathroom toilet would not go down for bowel moments and we had to plunge the bathtub/shower. The the other toilets gave us the same problem and we had to plunge. The owners were not available on Friday when we checked in to let them know and then we called on Monday. The did offer to send a plumber but we did not feel comfortable for someone to come in while we were at the beach. The owners did not offer any other accommodations. The indicated that they had beach chairs and bikes, however only 3 chairs and two bikes that one of which had a tire off the rim. Otherwise the place was very nice and clean.

Hi Jean! We did have some plumbing issues that were resolved the week you checked out. Unfortunately, you only called 1 of the 3 emergency numbers provided and didn't leave a message on Friday or a text/email. Therefore, we were not aware of the issue until the following Monday when you called back. Once made aware, we offered many times to send an plumber and pay emergency service rates, which you declined. I do apologize for the inconvenience, and wish you a wonderful rest of the summer!

Had a great spring weekend!

Stayed in the house for a long weekend with my parents and two young kids. It was May but we got very lucky with weather and could go to the beach. The house was very convenient to the beach and had a great outdoor area for my 3 year old to play in. Plus the house was clean and a good size for us. Would book again for sure.
