Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, and dining table, the kitchen is well-prepared for your culinary needs. The resort's offerings include an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as indoor water amenities such as a pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and an additional Jacuzzi. Maintain your fitness routine in the on-site gym. The convenience of attached onsite parking eliminates the need to cross streets.

We enjoyed our stay...

Me and my daughter was amazed from the time we walked in the view was amazing and when inhad issues with certain things. I got a response in no time. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the balcony door. We kept having issues closing it all the way but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and will be using Vrbo again. Thank you for your hospitality ☺️

Disappointed in the property manager, rental company, & VRBO for using customers like this

Boy, do I wish I saw the previous review prior to booking our trip! There are so many similarities that it’s scary. We booked for two nights, but ended up leaving midday after the first night due to unresolved issues and a dirty, nonworking apartment. Within the first 30 minutes of our arrival, I reached out to big fish rentals to let them know about how the room stunk, our towels smelled like smoke, and how the kitchen lights were not working (meaning no switch would turn them on and we were making dinner in the dark). I received one response from big fish rentals asking me to reset the breaker box, which I told them I already did with no luck. I called back the next morning after I reached out a second time and they were completely rude. After a third call, I told them we were checking out a night early and leaving due to all of the issues. We were then offered extra towels and maintenance, but at that point we were already packed and heading out. I had high hopes for this stay and really wish that with all of the rules and guidelines set by them, they would take responsibility and set similar standards for themselves. It’s a real shame. Also, just as a note, I reached out to the owner and essentially told that even though big fish rentals had waited until we notified them of our early check out, they still changed the light bulbs and provided extra towels so it was our loss. I also reached out to VRBO and I was told that there was nothing they could do. Please do not book with this company and save yourself time and major headaches!

The place was horribly dirty. The towels and sheets were dirty and smelled smoke. It needs repairs.

Very disappointing and stressful! The place smelled like mold and mildew. It needs heavy cleaning badly. Door to the balcony is almost impossible to open. We had to sleep on our beach towels because the sheets were soiled. The kitchen was dirty and items were very disorganized. The bathroom was the dirtiest and stinkiest place we have ever been. The couch was very smelly and dusty. Customer service was very poor, did not get responses from the host whenever we emailed. Inventory listed by the host did not match the inventory in the property. Rental agreement was very lengthy and unpleasant. Excessive annoying reminders and excessive prohibitions of “this and that” “or you will be charged” - sounds very distrustful and overbearing. We have never encountered a host like this before. We had to clean the place instead of relaxing 😞.

Would not stay here again

I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't like leaving bad reviews however they keep emailing me asking me to so here are my honest thoughts. Please know we have stayed in some run down places and this is the first negative review we have ever left because this unit is that bad. I'm not a Karen and I'm not picky, but we would never rent this unit again mostly because of the spammy rental agency running it. The property was wonderful and I would absolutely rent another unit in this building however I would never rent this unit or from this company again. The door to get out on the balcony is so old and broken it's almost impossible to open, it made it very difficult to enjoy the beautiful beach view. Our toddler opened a cabinet in the kitchen and found a lightbulb that wasn't in a box, it was just set in the cabinet on a low shelf. The dining room/livingroom had a very strong odor so it was hard to enjoy a meal at the unit. My biggest complaint though is this company sends you a long list of things you absolutely can not do in their unit and they send it to you multiple times making you feel very unwelcome and on edge during your entire visit like if you sneeze wrong they will charge you. Now I understand having to take care of your unit but one email or even the rules being posted in the unit would have been enough. Multiple emails including at least 2 before you check in and one while you were there seemed excessive. They also email you multiple times after asking you to leave a review making you feel like they spam you before your stay even starts and long after your stay ends. We did reach out to the company on the first day of our stay but we received no response back. They had texted asking how our stay was and we told them not great however they never reached out to us to follow up. Why text asking how our stay was if you don't respond? The one good thing about this unit is the cleaning crew was fantastic and it was spotless. The resort is also nice with multiple pools, easy beach access and our kids had a blast in the "lazy" river which is actually pretty fast.

Myrtle Beach holds a special place in our hearts; the presence of palm trees around the pool area imparts a tropical ambiance, allowing us to escape without venturing too far from our home base.

In the midst of this, our adoration extends to our young daughter and our condo, both of which we hold dear. I am thrilled at the prospect of ensuring your vacation is nothing short of perfection.
