Located in the prestigious Laule'a gated community within the Mauna Lani resort, Laulea is one of the few complexes where you can easily walk to both the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club and 49 Black Sand Beach. The Mauna Lani Beach Club with its sheltered waters for snorkelling and paddle boarding, offers chairs, cabanas for your relation. It is also home to Napua Restaurant and Bar, which serves casual lunches and delicious, upscale dining in the evenings. 49 Black Sand Beach offers amazing snorkeling with the contrast of the bright tropical fish against the black lava sand bottom.

Elegant Escape is a new luxury home with 4 Master Suites. There are three bedrooms in the main home and the fourth is a detached ohana suite for ultimate privacy.
The first Master Suite has a King bed, spa-like master bath with outdoor shower courtyard.
The second master suite has a King bed and the third master suite has two Queen beds.
​​​​​​​The fourth bedroom in the detached Ohana suite has King bed, its own private ensuite bath and mini-fridge. All bedrooms have their own separate and private bathroom.

The living room and lanais have been elegantly furnished with plenty of comfortable seating throughout. The large private heated pool and hot tub are the perfect place to spend the day, or rest after a fun day of exploring the island. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. Private high-end grill on covered lanai for grilling fresh farmers market finds. The backyard is surrounded by a gorgeous view of the Mauna Lani Golf Course, Mauna Kea Mountain and Pacific Ocean.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

A short walk away is famous 49 Black Sand Beach.

Enjoy our bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just a 10-15 min walk away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters!

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
