Located in the charming oceanfront community of Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach, this classic beach cottage style townhome is situated in a smaller oceanfront building with only seven units. It provides a wonderful view of the ocean to set the tone for your family-fun vacation. Bask in the sunsets and sunrises from your private balcony as you enjoy the sights of pelicans, dolphins, and various shorebirds with friends. Rest and rejuvenate in the comfortable interior, which boasts a view of the ocean from every room. Cozy up with a great book, or take a short walk to the beach for blissful days of fun in the sun.

South Carolina’s soft sand beaches are wide and flat with usually few under currents (perfect for the little ones). Since Cherry Grove is the last beach in South Carolina, you will enjoy fewer crowds and traffic for ultimate tranquility. Rent jet skis or kayaks, play mini-golf, shop at the nearby outlet malls, visit wineries, or fish at the pier less than a mile away! This property is also close to Heritage Shores Nature Preserve in Cherry Grove. When you are not utilizing the full kitchen, visit the famous seafood mecca of Calabash!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice Family Getaway

We loved the ease of driving to the coast and walking into a nice beach house that was clean and inviting without a lot of hassle or check in desks, etc.

Oceanfront Paradise!

The home has beautiful views of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach! It was such a blessing to stay here! It was truly a peaceful and restful stay! I would recommend staying here!

“Perfect Harmony” really is the place to be!

Lovely ocean views from nearly every room. Kitchen is stocked with most everything you need. Very easy check-in/out process. We would LOVE to stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay

Our family stayed along with my elderly mother. The villa was wonderful. The only suggestion would include either a picture of the grill outside or add it to the amenities.

A week in paradise

The place was very beautiful. Love the decor. The view of the ocean was amazing. Just sterps to the beach.Enjoyed listening to the sounds of the waves all night.

Girl’s trip

The property fulfilled our needs. Location was wonderful. Views from balcony/deck were spectacular. Beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was the property needs a through cleaning. Bed linens musty and curtains and vents very dusty. TVs also needed directions on how to work them. We weren’t able to work any of them.

Functional and on the beach

It's an older property and there were things like old pretzels and food under the furniture and the freezer did not actually freeze things like popsicles or ice cream (but did make ice, so that was good) and dishwasher didn't do a great job cleaning dishes BUT the price was great and the towels and pillows and blankets were good and beds were functional and the location was great. We come to the beach for the beach, so this worked very well for us, and for the price I feel comfortable with the little annoyances. It's near enough the grocery store and shops but because there was a nice house with a family next to us we didn' thave loud music or anything obnoxious. The dining table was great for our family, too.

Perfect Harmony

Really enjoyed out stay. I received everything I needed to know the night before along with directions. As soon as I put number code in door I got a message asking about the place was everything clean to my standards which is was. Has a wonderful view and porch. Everything u need to cook and more. Would definitely book this place again but one thing I wish there was a pool. So if I had the kids I would love a pool with it. But if it was the adults I would definitely book this stay again. But I will say the place across the road had no problem letting my kids swim our last night and was so welcoming about it bc we were at perfect harmony. 5 stars

Beware Before Booking

This property has a great location, but has many issues. The property is an older one and is not clean. You can read a previous review about this issue. When we walked into the unit we were greeted with a large stain on the carpet and a musty smell. The cabinets, counters and tables were grimy and had spots all over them. We started our vacation by wiping and cleaning everything down. There were food wrappers underneath the beds in two of the rooms and a used utensil under one of the dressers. The wall paper in the first floor bathroom is coming off and all the kitchen cabinets are wrapped in sticker paper which is starting to peel off as well. The vents were covered in dust. There was broken glass on the carpet which I stepped on. The worst of it was that the unit was infested with ants. My son was covered in ant bites after sleeping on a bed that was next to a wall that ants were pouring out of. This rental property is managed by Vacasa. It was difficult to get someone to address the ant problem because they don't have anyone local you can communicate with directly. They will respond to this review by saying how sorry they are and that they did not meet our expectations. I only received a partial refund for all our troubles. If this was a hotel you would have asked for a new room and would have got one but unfortunately that was not an option. Beware for booking this property.

Enjoyable stay!

We had four adults and two children in our party and were very comfortable in the condo. Everything was clean, and you could see the ocean from all three bedrooms. My favorite part was the deck, which had a nice ocean view. I would suggest putting more than 3 bath towels in the largest room, which has a king bed and a twin bed with a trundle, as well as more pillows in cases rather shams. Overall we had a great time!

The property was nice and the location was great.

The condo was comfortable. The location was great, the beach was beautiful: not overcrowded. Only the family room tv worked, the other two did not. The check in and check out process was easy. Overall it was a great getaway at the beach. I would stay there again.

“Perfect” beach house

“Perfect Harmony” was just amazing. We loved everything about it. Best location to the beach. Beach wasn’t too crowded. Near several different places to shop and for us close to family. Loved every minute of our time at your beach house. We definitely plan on coming back.
