Both the living room and first master bedroom have access to a large balcony where you can sit back, sip a drink or cocktail, and watch surfers at the Pier or simply enjoy the waves roll in and the sun drop down on another great day at the beach. SWEET DREAMS…BEDROOMS:

There are two primary bedrooms in the condo, each with direct ocean and pier views, 39” flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms.



The first primary has both balcony access and a top quality Tempur-Pedic mattress for a great night’s sleep every time!



The third bedroom features two double beds and a 32” flat screen TV, and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well.



WATER LOVER’S PARADISE:

The pool areas and amenities at the Prince Resort are second to none, and to say this resort has a pool is a huge understatement. Just downstairs on the 9th floor is a huge pool deck featuring a pool, lazy river, and a hot tub.



There are not many places in town where you can sit in a hot tub or float down the lazy river and simultaneously watch the waves of the majestic Atlantic roll in! There is also workout facility in the building with large windows overlooking the ocean marsh. You’ll never be so happy to go exercise!



There is also an oceanfront pool and nice restaurant – 3500 Ocean Grill (grill open in season) as well as other oceanfront restaurants and bars such as Snooky`s on the Oceanfront, MOTO`s, and Coconuts nearby.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 16th floor in the tower located across the street from the cherry grove pier.

*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*Motorcycles and golf carts are allowed, Trailers are not allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washer/dryer located in room.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Must pickup keys from office, prior to arrival.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
