This penthouse villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on the top/4th floor in the Ocean Tower (O426). The villa has an unobstructed full front ocean view and the private lanai overlooks the peaceful and tranquil koi pond area of the resort. Open the large glass lanai sliding doors to bring the Hawaiian tropical elements into the villa. The large lanai offers a place to enjoy the sunsets and soak in the warm Hawaiian air. The villa is decorated in the traditional Hawaiian style with comfortable and luxurious furniture. The gourmet kitchen, designed by Roy Yamaguchi, has stainless steel appliances from Subzero and Wolfe. The open floor plan offers a great environment to enjoy a meal together and relax the Hawaiian way.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina is the first private resort on Oahu in 25 years. The resort is located along the sunny western coast just 20 miles from downtown Honolulu and 27 miles from Waikiki. Located among four lagoons, swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing is just steps away from the resort. The nearby marina provides numerous opportunities such as whale watching and scuba diving. The J.W. Marriott is just next door providing various restaurants to choose from. For golfers, play the championship golf course designed by Ted Robinson and home to the LPGA.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina located on Honu Lagoon (lagoon two) is becoming the favorite choice for vacations.

There is no need to look any further! This place has it all. We researched a ton for the best value with the most amenities. The facility itself is beautiful with a great cabana bar. The pools were clean and not overcrowded. Our welcome was fantastic even with flight delays. The actual unit is well thought out, with some unexpected bonuses. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. Pictures do not do this view justice!! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had a great stay at this Ko Olina unit over the holidays. Check-in was very easy and smooth, which made arrival stress-free. The unit was much more spacious than we expected and worked perfectly for our family. The beach was super close and easily accessible, and having a full kitchen was a big plus! We enjoyed cooking some meals in the unit instead of eating out all the time. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay with family, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

Shane was extremely helpful and informative. Communicated with us promptly as soon as the condo was ready. And was there waiting for us when we arrived and as we checked in he quickly helped my wife unload our bags and groceries and whisked them up to the room before we got there. Thank you, Shane, for making our check-in extremely smooth and allowing us to quickly start our vacation and relaxation. We absolutely love OT426. We've stayed in that exact room in the past, and I purposely booked it out in January to ensure that we got it for this trip. The view the amenities everything about that property it is amazing and my family loves it. Thank you for sharing it with my family.

Location was excellent as was the accommodations. The rationale for the 4 star rating instead of 5 was WiFi connectivity issues upon arrival, recurring hvac issues, and the dryer took an extremely long time to dry clothes. That said, hosts were very responsive and resolved issues promptly with outstanding communication throughout the stay and leading up to arrival. The hosts were very flexible authorizing late checkout which helped as we dealt with a medical emergency. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing place to stay! I’m so glad we chose to check out Ko’Olina! Our villa was clean, beautiful, and had the most amazing view of the ocean. The staff was very attentive, and even gave us a tour of our villa when we first arrived to be sure we knew where everything was and how to use it. We will for sure be staying here again!

21st birthday celebration

Every single thing about this place is AMAZING!! Checkin, cleanliness, hosts, absolutely every detail and every moment there was amazing!! The fitness center was perfect! So many areas to walk to, snorkeling just half mile away. Great area!! absolutely beautiful!! Very peaceful and relaxing! gorgeous views! Highly recommend this property, especially the 4th floor Penthouse with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was just as defined in VRBO's listing. The owners were quick with the responding to the only one situation necessary from me concerning the agreement. Hope to be able to return for another family vacation soon!

Incredible stay at an amazing, clean, well-kept unit with breathtaking views with all necessary and well-thought out amenities! Owners were readily available and so accommodating. Seeing our flight info - they graciously blessed us with an early check in and late check out. Highly recommend and hope to return on future visits!

Amazing View

The view from this property is amazing. We ate all our meals out on the lanai. Our group of 7, parents with 3 kids, and grandparents were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. They have a closet with beach chairs, snorkel gear, a cooler, and boogie boards. The pool is great for younger kids. The lagoon at the beach is perfect for kids! The kids loved feeding the koi fish every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We have stayed here multiple times and love it. Place is a perfect size and the view is outstanding! Love the new lanai furniture. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is when we arrived the kitchen only had 3 wine glasses and 1 plastic glass for taking to pool. We ended up purchasing additional wine glasses and plastic glasses so we had enough for the group. We left them in the unit for future groups.

Unit needs some maintenance and updating

The property is beautiful and maintained very well but the unit has a lot of wear and tear and needs updating. The stove has one working burner. The oven takes almost an hour to warm up. The washer and dryer are wobbly. The toilets were slow to flush. The light switches in the kitchen were confusing and didn’t work with the ceiling fans. The lighting in the master bath is very dim. The communication to the property was not timely and even after we corrected the arrival time, it was not passed onto the property team and our unit was not available on time and cleaning had to be rushed. The WIFI pwd had been changed but not communicated to the property team.

Ko Olina Beach Villas is an amazing resort that's new to the area! It's located close enough to Honolulu allowing easy access to the airport and to the shopping and beaches of Waikiki. Conveniently just steps away from the resort is the lagoon and sandy beach. This lagoon is calm and great for swimming as well as for children wading in the water. There's even fish to see for those who love to snorkel! The four lagoons along the coast are connected together by a sidewalk providing a pleasant walking excursion and allowing easy access to the various restaurants. This resort just has it all for a laid back Hawaii vacation of doing nothing but enjoying the sun and beach and for those wanting to be tourists and enjoy the adventures Hawaii has to offer.

Our guests have full access to all amenities at the resort. We have a property management company on site to assist our guests during their stay. We also own 3 other villas in the resort to accommodate guests that may require multiple villas for their vacation.
