Welcome to the Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, a private beachfront condo. Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three-legged honu (turtle) that we named “Tripod.”

You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort such as: Roy's, Noe, Longhi's, Monkeypod Kitchen, 'Ama 'ama, and Mina's Fishouse. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor.

Exercise in our first class fitness center with steam room and sauna or swim & run our 4 beautiful blue lagoons.

Your luxurious suite is located on the 8th floor of the Ocean Tower at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina Resort. Beach Villas is just steps away from the beach, lagoon, ocean and one block from the Aulani Disney Hotel.

Our spacious villa has over 1480sf which leads into a 215sf lanai through pocket sliding glass doors. The master bedroom suite is separated from the guest bedrooms. We also provide complimentary parking and a private wifi network!

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
**As of December 2023, all TVs have been replaced with Smart TVs**

Beautiful place

This property didn't disappoint! The space was large enough for us to have 5 people stay and not be on top of each other. Beautiful views and property. Staff was helpful and very welcoming. Excellent communication in the booking process, check-in and check out. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Wonderful Condo

This condo has it all. Beautiful views of the beach and beautiful property. Had enough space for our entire family, was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in process was easy and appreciated the help unloading and condo tour upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Our Family LOVES KO OLINA!!!

This was our 7th time in 3 years staying at the Ko Olina Villas. This time was exceptional due to Tiffany that made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay! The sunsets from the 8th floor were incredible and our time in the lagoon and by the pool were perfect!!! We will be back soon! ALOHA!!!

Wonderful family vacation

The property manager Cherie is great to work with! This unit has great views of the lagoons and nice amenities. Feels very upscale. This is the best place to stay in Ko Olina. Would definitely recommend.

The resort and condo were very clean and well equipped for our stay. Cherie met us in the lobby and let us in the condo and went over how everything works. She checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was fine. We had a great vacation and we would hightly recommend this condo!

Love it

This property is great. We stayed at this resort previously at another unit so we know the resort well. Great location with a beautiful Lagoon that's calm for kids to swim Cherie was great to deal with and we had great communication with her from time of booking and leading up to our arrival and departure thank you Cherie! First Time in Hawaii

We had a great stay at the beach condos. Only thing really missing is a restaurant but there are several nearby within walking distance. The condo was as pictured. Plenty big enough for 6 of us. I liked that it was outside of the city. Condo had beautiful views. Ko Olina is such a nice area but just 20-40 minutes from the scene. Bonus that they include a parking space. The Duke and other bartenders at the beachfront tiki were great! Excellent communication with the property manager. We had so much fun!

I can’t ever imagine a more perfect stay. Amazing condo in stunning location. The beautiful view from the lani was enjoyed by all in the evening at sunset with a glass of wine in hand and morning with coffee. Full kitchen allowed us to make meals easily when we weren’t down by the pools or lagoon. The living area offered us plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other while the room setup gave us our privacy. To top off our stay was the responsive, delightful management. Cherie welcomed us at the checkin and made herself available throughout. Thank you Cherie. Anyone looking for a perfect vacation should look no more, this one is it !! Mahalo. Candice

Fantastic facilities with even better staff!

Myself, my wife, two of our daughters with their spouses and our 15 month old granddaughter stayed at this fantastic facility. There was plenty of room for each couple and enough room in the common areas for all of us to enjoy our stay. Cherie- the manager, was absolutely 100% amazing! She responded to our request right away and always provided a quick and accurate response to any questions. She coordinated with me the day of arrival to get us into the condo as soon as possible. Since we had a tired toddler that was important and she understood! We have stayed in other condos in the same building with good results. Based upon the personal service we received this time, we will make sure to use the same management firm!

Very clean accommodations, close to beach, great service

The listing provided an accurate description of the property. The property was clean and well maintained. There were several items in the home that are for use at the beach. The owner provided excellent service, explained everything very well and things were arranged just as Daniel said they would be. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone. I read a few reviews where people complained about the amount of toilet paper available, the "slow" cooktop and the small washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were small but very easy to use and an added amenity that you wouldn't have in a conventional hotel room. We had absolutely no problem with the cooktop. We took the time to look at the instructions and never experienced any difficulties. As for the toilet paper.....if you want the "conveniences" of a hotel room then I suggest you book a hotel room. But, trust me, staying in this home was A LOT BETTER than a hotel room.......it is a home and therefore, there may be a need to replenish some of the small toiletries if you use all that are provided. The Perfect Family Vacation Setting in Ko Olina

This luxurious condo provided us with a way to truly relax, unwind and unleash our aloha spirit during our first ever Hawaiian vacation! Our day begins with opening up the double doors to the lanai and enjoying a morning coffee, listening to the rustle of the palm trees and the soothing ocean waves breaking just beyond. And our day ends with spectacular sunsets on the lagoon! Just magical! The three bedrooms (and three bathrooms) provided more than enough space, and privacy, for our senior, adults, teens and tween in this crew. The perks of having boogie boards, beach chairs and towels only made going down to the lagoon that much more awesome. Anything you need from fry pans, electric skillets, ice makers, to even a rice cooker was provided! The A/C and in-unit laundry saved us many times over after coming "home" from the beach. The covered parking was a welcomed gift on hot days. The location is a short walk to Aulani and the Ko Olina center, and a short drive to Waipahu or Kapolei for anything else! And to top it all off, the resort staff was always helpful. Thanks to Keola who the kids loved helping feed the giant Koi, and 5 stars to our host, Cherie! She helped us before we even stepped onto Oahu, answered all questions we could think of, and resolved any issues we may have encountered along the journey. She is well deserving of having the title of "Premier Host". Mahalo & Salamat Cherie! We are blessed with many cherished memories. A hui hou!

Tiffany is an amazing host. She reached out to us before we arrived to explain check-in. She responded quickly with any questions. Unit was well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay at the beach Villas again and look forward to renting from Tiffany again.

Our host, Tiffany was great. She did an excellent job at getting us checked in and showed us around and she even let us check out late. The resort was better than expected. The unit we stayed in was nice, new and very clean. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return very soon.
