Brand new open floorplan kitchen/dining room, a new completely renovated Master Bathroom as well as a fully renovated Basement Bathroom. Add-in all new carpeting in the three upstairs bedrooms, plus the recently updated Foyer, the new Front Door, exterior look, some major tree work outside and the end result is an amazing new Three Green Retreat!

Enjoy the panoramic view of three different Donald Ross originals...holes #14, #15, #16 of the wonderfully remodeled Pinehurst #3 golf course. We believe our views of three greens from the screened back porch are among the best that Pinehurst has to offer.

Three Green Retreat offers an ideal location on Briarwood Circle and rests beside the Par 3, 14th tee. Situated close-by to the Pinehurst clubhouse, take the short walk up through the 16th fairway. At the house, enjoy plenty of space, a billiards room, WIFI, HDTVs throughout, a private backyard, and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Furniture, beds as well as all linens are provided. For Wedding Parties, you'll be pleased with the extra large mirrors in each bedroom!

For those unfamiliar with the Pinehurst area, please understand that only courses #1- #5 play to/from the legendary Pinehurst Country Club. The beautiful #6 - #9 are located a few miles away in nearby residential areas.

A tough itinerary!: Visits seem to proceed this way:

1. Breakfast on the back porch while watching the day's prep of Pinehurst #3

2. Golf

3. After a round (or two), relax on the back porch, be a golf spectator or perhaps spend a few minutes in the Jacuzzi

4. Dinner at one of the area's best

5. Billiards in the lower level

It's a tough itinerary; we hope you're up to it. Don't overdo it --you just may have to repeat this routine again tomorrow.

Bedroom Details: Our home offers 5 bedrooms (8 beds in total) and 3.5 bathrooms:
~Main floor: One double twin bedroom, plus a modern half bath.
~Upper level: One king suite (includes new bathroom/shower) and two additional bedrooms which hold 2 twins each, plus a full bath.
~Lower level: One queen bedroom with a brand new full bathroom.

Other house features include a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room (seating for 8), living room with fireplace, laundry room, and wireless access. From the main floor's living and dining room, three sets of French doors lead to a spacious open deck and screened porch that offer beautiful views of the course. The finished lower level features a complete billiards room with granite bar as well as walk-out access to the backyard and Jacuzzi. A nice large BBQ is located out back.

Cleaning is performed by a professional cleaning company. Linens are cleaned off-site for highest sanitation.

SPECIAL NOTE: Three Green Retreat has a security camera mounted near the front door. The camera is used when my house is vacant so I can monitor the security of my house. The coverage area is mainly looking down the sidewalk toward the driveway and also covers some parts of the front yard.
