Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, The Stadium Cottage is stocked with everything you could possibly need—whether you're here for game day action, a city getaway, or a relaxing stay with family and friends.

Living Room:
Settle in and get game day ready in the cozy living room, featuring a comfortable couch and loveseat, a 65" Smart HDTV, and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected. Although cable is not provided, streaming apps like Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video are preloaded for your convenience—just log into your own accounts and start watching.

Kitchen:
Prefer a night in? The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances—refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster—plus pots, pans, utensils, and a spice rack to cook up your favorite meals. Basic dishes and even wine glasses are provided so you can easily enjoy a homemade dinner or drinks after a day at the stadiums.

Dining Room:
Gather around the dining table for a meal, a board game, or a cup of coffee from the well-stocked coffee bar, featuring a Keurig, drip coffee maker, pour-over, and French press. Fresh coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar are provided to kick-start your mornings.

Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms are located on the second level and have been designed for ultimate comfort:

This home backs up to the highway. Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine to minimize any disruption, but if you are a particularly light sleeper, please consider this before booking.

Uber is a great way to get around Kansas City, but in addition to , Uber the Kansas City Street Car stop at Union Station is only about 10 minutes away. Park at Union Station for Free and catch the KC streetcar (ALSO FREE!) all the way to the River Market where there is great dining and shopping options.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
