A wonderful property with every amenity imaginable. We were only there for a couple of nights but everything was as described and very modern and very clean. Nice neighborhood, nice home and beautiful decor. Would highly suggest and will re-book on our next, longer stay!

The house was great with everything we needed. It is well furnished, indoors and out. The pool and lanai are wonderful. It was also great to have use of the large garage. The neighborhood is great with friendly neighbors and is convenient to our favorite area attractions. Communication with the host was perfect. All in all a great stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our week-long stay in this beautiful home. Everything was very clean, and the pool/lanai area with outdoor kitchen exceeded our expectations. We cooked several meals outside on the awesome grill. Tom is a great host/owner and is easy to reach if you need anything. The neighbors are very friendly people and we always felt safe and welcome. If we had to mention anything negative, it would be that the kitchen could benefit from a new set of knives and cooking utensils for people who want to make most of their own meals in the house. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thanks Tom!

Iā€™ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years, but this one was truly my favorite! Tom and Ellie were exceptional hostsā€”always quick to respond and available whenever we needed anything.The home itself is absolutely stunningā€”beautifully updated and thoughtfully designed with every amenity you could imagine. The outdoor space was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our stay. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated, making it enjoyable at any time of day. The entire outdoor setup is incredibleā€”from the comfortable couches and the round table with a fire pit, to the amazing grill area and the cozy seating with a TV. It truly felt like a private resort.One of our favorite moments was relaxing by the pool and watching a family of manatees swim by in the bay. The following day, we were lucky enough to see a dolphin as wellā€”such an unforgettable experience!The location is idealā€”close to great restaurants and stores, and just a short drive to the beach.Honestly, the hardest part was having to leave! Thank you, Tom, for making our girlsā€™ trip so special.P.S. The extra throw blankets placed in baskets around the house were such a thoughtful touch. You rarely see details like that in most VRBOs, and it truly made our stay even more comfortable. Itā€™s the little things that make all the difference!

The house is gourgeous and exactly as described. Checkin and out was super easy. Tom responded to any questions we had. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. They even had a blowdryer with a diffuser in the master bathroom!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Winter Get Away

The house had everything we needed for a really fun and relaxing vacation!! There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds. The pool was a big hit for my grandchildren and the adults loved the hot tub!! We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

The house was exactly as described (no really, the images are up to date and not 5 years old like others weā€™ve stayed at)ā€”clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Perfect Getaway

The property is very modern and very clean and could easily be used for a couple, group of adults, or even a couple families. Lots of near by local seafood restaurants, golf, and other attractions, but the property is hard to leave with a beautiful pool and great outdoor entertainment and cooking area. The owner was excellent to work with and answered any questions quickly. Already planning a return trip.

The house is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed everything about the house. It was very relaxing and even had bicycles. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. The host was very friendly , helpful, and fast at replying to our questions and needs. I would rate this house and the host higher than five stars. Everything was perfect. We will definitely love to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend that you stay here for your vacation or just to get away for a long weekend, you wonā€™t be disappointed.
