A serene and centrally located getaway within 5-25 minutes of the best attractions in Houston, Stafford, and Sugar Land. The home comes with fast Wi-Fi, self-check-in, and free parking. Completely renovated, this 3 bed/2 bath home offers luxury, comfort, and a tranquil escape.

Professionally designed and fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests, including kids.

The space:

The 3 bedroom home is equipped with memory foam mattresses in each room for a great night's rest! CLEAN towels, linens, bedsheets, etc. are provided to make your stay more comfortable.

We pride ourselves on the highest standard of cleanliness!

Bedroom 1: King size bed, Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, Walk-in closet, and a smart tv

Bedroom 2: Ful- size bed, walk-in closet, and a smart tv

Bedroom 3: Two twin size bunk beds, and a walk-in closet

Bathroom: Tub/shower combo, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash provided. Hairdryer provided.

- No smoking is allowed inside home. Guests are subject to a $500 fee that will be charged for smoking inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outside in the backyard.
- No shoes on carpeted areas of the house please.

Great stay in Houston area

We just loved this house, very clean and comfortable. Just across the street is a great park with playground and tennis/ pickleball courts. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful place for families and couples.

Great house! Right across for a very cool park for the kids. Lots of room to relax and eat. Nice seating out back. Check in super easy! We went to Smart financial center for a concert...15mins away...so easy. And lots of restaurants close by...

Nice remodeled home

The home was in an older, quiet neighborhood but was nicely remodeled. There was a pack and play, toys for the toddlers, and board games. We were able to comfortably fit 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Would book again!

Great place

I was in town visiting family with my two adult children and we were very comfortable in the Live Oak Place. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

Live Oak Place

This property is beautiful and family friendly. Our host was very helpful and reached out to me several times during our stay. The house was clean and there is park directly across the street for children. We enjoyed our stay!!!!

Nice place

The home was very nice & well appointed, except, there weren’t any glasses for drinks. There were worn items- like the bath tub, shower. The beds were very comfortable & the linens smelled nice. The owner stated he would address some of the issues.

Home for the Holidays

We stayed at The Live Oak Place over the holidays to visit our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house. The beds were super comfy, there was a ton of space from the living room, to the dining room, to the kitchen. We cooked a few meals, watched some movies and were able to relax in the space. The owner was communicative before, during and after. He answered all questions and really cared that we were happy with our time at the house.

An amazing first time home rental experience!

This was our first time renting a home, instead of a hotel for a week, for our yearly Houston trip and everything went smoothly! Jeisen made it easy to communicate with whenever we had any questions or concerns, which was the most important thing to us. The home was beautiful and had a great layout for my family, though one of the best parts was the quiet neighborhood and a great park right across the street. We definitely look forward to using it again if it is available for the next visit! Very highly recommended!!

Cute house

This house had more than enough space for our group of three adults and two kids. The location worked great for us to visit family, go to the rodeo, and visit the zoo. The kids loved the great park across the street. Jeisen was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. I was happy to find plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and garbage bags. I have stayed at houses that do not supply these items, so I always appreciate when they are there.

Would love to give 4/5 stars but

Overall the house worked well for us. Very comfy bed. Clean towels. Location worked well for us. Quiet neighborhood. Parking I driveway was convenient and easy entrance. The issues were: Air conditioning filter was vey dirty!(door exposing filter was open). Had issue with ants in master shower and excessive mold in 2nd bath shower and sink area was musty mildew smelling. Only 1 wine glass, no kitchen towels. Not enough silverware if there would be 8 people. 5forks and 5 spoons.

You only mentioned the kitchen towel topic, which I immediately addressed and mentioned that we provide paper towels instead since it’s a more sanitary option. Rest assured that I have conveyed your feedback to our cleaning team and will be addressed immediately. As a courtesy, it would have been nice if you had brought your concerns directly to me during your stay instead of posting a public review, since I would have provided immediate solutions to all the items listed. Disappointed in the state of this home…

There were several areas in this home that had visible mold showing…bathroom vents, closet ceilings, & under a bathroom sink. As someone who has been bedridden previously due to toxic mold, I would not advise the rental of this property. After realizing how bad it was, I did reach out & attempt to get our money back so we could find somewhere else to stay but we didn’t get a reply. The house’s appearance was pretty but I obviously can’t recommend it at all due to its current state.

Hi Heather, Thank you for your feedback. I want to emphasize that there was no lack of concern for the issue you raised. You initially sent a message at 2:41 am the morning after you checked-in, which was missed given the time. I responded back that morning acknowledging your message and I asked for pictures to verify the issue. The pictures were not provided until that night. You then proceeded to stay the second night, even after mentioning that you will find another place to stay in your original message. Since you completed the full two-night stay, there wasn’t much I could do. As I previously stated, I had a professional company inspect the home after your stay and they informed me that the house did not have any mold issues as you have falsely alleged. I encourage any future guests to read through all previous reviews and ratings, which are truly representative of our home’s condition and the service we provide. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this facility. Although we do expect some insects and bugs when traveling to a warmer climate, there should not be multiple spider webs in each room. Spider webs with dead bugs in each web indicate that rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis. There was a note that washer door is difficult to close, but obviously this is a problem that’s been ongoing for a while for them to put it in their host book. Lots of water damage and wood rot in bathroom, mold and dust collected on bathroom vents. Dishwasher was broken and could not wash dishes. Kids also brought their Nintendo switch to play but we couldn’t hook it up to tv since the tv in living room is mounted in a way that don’t allow access to ports in the back.

Beutiful Stay

My mother and I stayed here for a visit with family nearby. The home is perfect for a family with enough space for everyone. There is a wonderful park across the street that we spent hours at with the grandchildren. Area is very safe and we felt at home there during our stay.

Absolutely perfect

Perfect house, Perfect location and perfect neighborhood! If it wasn't for surgery I would have definitely been out walking the park across the street an the neighborhood to see all the lovely houses!
