THE SPACE

The living room and dining room are spacious and filled with natural sun light. The living room has access to the front patio and French doors to the back grill area. The wood burning fire place and smart TV give you all the tools you need for a quiet, cozy, relaxing evening in.

The dining room has a large family style table that seats 6 and a custom built in hutch with classic craftsman beams and charm.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook till your heart is content. Fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils that you'll need. A double oven, recessed sink, five burner stove and purified water on tap are just a few of the features that will make you feel right at home. And pair it all with a nice glass of local wine.

Each of the cozy yet spacious bedrooms have a queen size bed, new mattress, dressers, closets and ceiling fan.

The large bathroom has a walk in glass rain shower and skylight to enjoy the Santa Barbara sunshine inside and out.

The garage has a washer and dryer as well as beach amenities like folding chairs and umbrella.
Note: There is an AC window unit only in the kitchen, no central air.
