Welcome to Snowshoe Mountain Properties. This fully renovated, Ski-in/ski-out, condo is just steps to the Silver Creek Ski area, providing easy access to superb trails, terrain parks, tubing and night skiing. Access to restaurants and shopping are just minutes from the front door.

We are steps away from Shavers Lake, hiking trails, mountain biking, skeet shooting, ATV tours, E-biking, segway tours, Disc Golf, yoga, horse-back riding, fly fishing, scenic lift rides, Scenic train rides, Cass Railroad State Park, adventure dining, Eurobungy and Climbing Wall, Arcades, concerts and MUCH MORE - message us for help planning your trip.

You can also ski in for lunch + warm up sessions and avoid crowded resort restaurants.

Complete with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave with convection oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils, and dishes.

Sleeping arrangements/Beds: 1 Bedroom Condo with 1 Queen bed in bedroom, 1 pull out couch in living room, 1 pull out chair in living room. Can sleep up to 5 individuals.

Our New Favorite!

We have stayed at many different areas while at Snowshoe, but this one is now our favorite! This Silver Creek room was quiet and the shuttle was very convenient for our trips up the mountain. The room was spacious for our family of four and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs after a day of skiing. The pull out sofa bed was very comfortable as well as the main queen bed. We will be staying here again in the future!

Very nice stay

Overall this was a great stay. We needed to bring more than one car, and were about to send in more than one parking pass. Leon was very responsive through the whole process. The building itself is a bit dated but the actual unit was updated and well kept. We had a few questions after getting inside and got answers immediately. FYI for future guests - the heating units are on the floor by the windows. They're very warm so I'd recommend having them barely on if you don't want to get too hot overnight. The hot tub/pool/sauna area was a bit popular since it is shared with the building, but we were able to get the space we needed and everything is kept at enjoyable temperatures. We had a great time sitting in an outdoor hot tub while it was snowing!

Fun for family of 5

As someone who has been staying at silver creek for nearly 3 decades, I have to say this was one heck of a reno! Its modern and comfortable with cute touches everywhere. The hosts have the place well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The pull out sofa and chair that converted to a bed were perfect for our three kids. The host was amazing about communication all the way through. You can tell how much they truly care about their guests. We can't wait to come back - again and again and again!

Great getaway

Cute condo with all amenities we needed. Check in and out were easy and owners were great with communicating. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The condo was wonderful. It had a full kitchen with everything that you need to cook and eat. Also, there was coffee and tea in the room too. There is a balcony. Every night we would watch the deer on the hill. It's the perfect location. Horsebacking riding is 5 minutes from there and tubing is there. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I would recommend staying at this condo! The pull out sofa bed and queen bed were both very comfy. However, the chair that converts to a bed is extremely uncomfortable. If you’re planning to have five people stay here, I would look elsewhere. Other than that, it was very clean, and a great place to stay. Also, I had to contact the owner a few times and he was very quick to respond and very kind.

We booked this great property in the mountains this summer, so we could ride the Cass Scenic Railway historic steam trains!

We arrived to a very clean, spacious one bedroom unit that immediately felt like home! We could tell that the owners put much thought into the details that would make this an awesome place to stay. The floors looked brand new, and where exactly what we would have picked! They are perfect for a ski resort. Everything looked freshly painted, and the furnishings looked new. The bedroom has a walkout door to a balcony, and there was plenty of drawer and closet space for clothing. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets available. The bedroom has touch-controlled bedside lights that include an electrical outlet (I want those at home!). There was a large television in both the bedroom and the living room. And, did I also mention a fireplace? We did not use it since it was summer, but it should be very nice after a day on the slopes! The well-stocked coffee/tea bar might also be helpful on those cold days. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and gadgets anyone would need to make a full meal or snack. Just-like-home touches included a nice leather reading chair, soft pillows and a blanket throw on the sofa, board games, welcome mat, electronics charging station, and vintage skies and ski poles on the wall above the sofa. Even the empty organizing bins under the bathroom vanity where very helpful in keeping toiletries organized. We visited the area in the summer so we could ride the historic steam trains up the beautiful mountains. We had a wonderful vacation we will long remember, and this property was the perfect addition for memory-making.
