The Space: Welcome to Under the Live Oaks, a relaxing and spacious retreat perfect for groups of 3–6 guests. This recently updated home features 3 bedrooms, including a cozy bunk room, and 2 full bathrooms, all tucked away on quiet Temple Street where parking and access are easy and stress-free!

Enter through your private entrance and head up a short exterior staircase into an open, inviting layout that blends the living and dining areas, ideal for gathering, sharing meals, or unwinding together.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort. Two rooms feature king beds, ceiling fans, and ample storage, with one offering an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with full-size mattresses, making it a great option for kids or friends.

Enjoy Smart TVs in the living room and one bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen for easy meal prep, and exclusive access to the entire home and backyard. Off-street driveway parking makes arrivals and departures simple.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
