Very comfortable and cozy 1 BR beachfront condo! Perfect for couples or small families to relax and unwind to the hypnotic sounds of the waves. Unsurpassed views from your private 5th floor balcony directly on the white sand beach. Watch schools of dolphins frolicking in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Or enjoy all of the other activities the area has to offer.

Large 1 BR/1.5 BA unit with new queen size sleeper sofa. All the amenities and comforts of home and then some. All tile with remodeled kitchen complete with granite countertops. New flatscreen TV's in living and bed rooms with cable, DVD/CD player and stereo.

The condo is located on Perdido Key, an island that is half-Alabama and half-Florida. Great food and fun nearby and within walking distance of the renowned Florabama, site of various fun events throughout the year. The property runs from the gulf shoreline to the bay, the best of both worlds on Perdido!

Quiet family-oriented complex.

A single parking pass for one vehicle is included with your rental, good for your entire stay. Maximum of 2 vehicles per party. Note that vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing at owner's expense.

Lovely view

I woke up at 6:30 most mornings there were dolphins most mornings. The condo was nice and clean and just the right size for me and my husband. It was close to places to eat.

Loved the place! The view was exceptional. This place had a very cozy and homey feel to it. Loved the location. It was more of a relaxing place and that is just what we like. If we ever come back i would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

Nice location right on the beach. Not crowded even though it was a holiday weekend. Condo was perfect for our needs. Spotless and comfy. Richard was prompt when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick Retreat

We stayed a few nights to work and play. Internet supported both my wife and I to work and run two laptops with teams and outlook. Property was clean and the bed was great. Location is very close to public use area in case you don’t like the HOA rules for the beach.(no shades, tents) Communication with the property manager was very good and responses were quick.

Very nice condo.

Well maintained with excellent furnishings. Complete kitchen with everything required for preparing and cooking meals. Outstanding view of the Gulf with Dolphins swimming by almost daily. We will be going back next year. Richard is a pleasure to deal with, very helpful.

Nice waterfront place for two in a quiet smaller condo complex. Beautiful views and miles of beach to walk. Very responsive host. A great vacation experience!

Amazing location and view

You can’t get better views. This location was great. We visited the Flora-Bama nightly for live music. Plenty of great restaurants close by and even drove to Pensacola for the Naval museum. Great stay and great host!

Our host Richard was full of hospitality as if we had already met before in person. It was a quick last minute getaway that was planned; and from start to finish everything was amazing. The location, the condo, the view, all was great!

Great cozy 1BR right on the beach

This was a great 1BR right on the beach and nice patio overlook on 5th floor. Very quiet and close to all the restaurants. Very easy access and not too crowded of a spot.

My wife and I have stayed at many different condos in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We have never had a host as gracious and generous as Richard. I would recommend booking with him before anyone else.

Great Condo, Great Location

My wife and I love staying in Orange Beach. One of the difficulties arises when it's just the two of us and we don't need a multi bedroom condo but finding a single bedroom condo can be difficult. This condo is perfect for a couples weekend. We enjoy going out to dinner and also enjoy spending the evening at the Flora-Bama. This condos location is walking distance to the Flora-Bama and just a few miles from all the restaurants that we enjoy. The furniture is well-maintained, the king size bed is comfortable, and the large standup shower in the master bath is a nice bonus. The condo itself also boasts a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach via the walkway on the ground floor.

Right in the beach

The condo is exactly as shown. It is just steps from the beach. The 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath is perfect for a couple getaway. The kitchen is stocked with pots and dishes. Updated stainless appliances. The living room has a large television and sleeper sofa. Decorated tastefully and comfortable. We spent many hours on the balcony listening to waves, “people watching” and even saw a rescue. Awesome balcony views without the sand. The king bedroom is comfortable. All rooms have updated ceiling fans and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The complex is older and not fancy but it has everything you need for a nice stay. Wifi, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, bar b que pits and is quiet. The beach is on a quiet end of the island right at the base of the Perdido bridge.

Summer trip

The location is great and the unit is directly on the beach. The building is a bit old and outdated but the condo was very clean with nice upgrades (kitchen, master bath, large TV, etc.). We had our own beach chairs but did notice the unit was well stocked with chairs and other beach stuff. The beach and water in front of our building was better than expected for sure. The owner, Richard, was super responsive and accommodating. We would rent from him again in a heartbeat.

Great Views and Location

Very clean and beautiful condo! Beautiful views right on the ocean. Half bath was a great thing to have. Very close to all places and great restaurants very near. Ower was very responsive and available for questions. Definitely worth staying there again!

Excellent condo, nice property, great location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this condo The condo was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels available, a nice kitchen with plenty of pots and pans for cooking, nice furniture and a big TV. The beach out front was pretty awesome and went for miles. We walked all the way to Florida in our bare feet. The balcony was great. We ate breakfast, hung out, and watched the waves and beach action there. The extra half bathroom was very convenient. The docks on the river side were lots of fun. I caught a nice Spanish Mackeral there. There were schools of Sea Trout and Spanish Mackeral as well as Redfish, Dolphins, and an occasional small shark swimming by the end of the docks. It was fun to cast there and watch the fish swim by. I wouldn't swim there though as it seemed likely there were larger sharks around and there was a lot of boat traffic. The end of the docks might be a great place to put a crab net if one wanted to. The area has so many things to see. There are a lot of things to do and good restaurants. The location is not very busy compared to Pensacola or Gulf Shores. Some would really like that. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Home Away From Home

My husband and I loved our stay at this property. We have visited this area 7 times and have stayed in a different condo each time. We liked this one so much we definitely plan to return here on our next visit. The condo itself is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is so close to the water, you can easily watch dolphins surfacing. It is also located close to many different great restaurants and options for night life. There is live music that starts in the afternoon every day just a mile up the road. To top it off, Richard (property owner) was great! His communication was wonderful and if we would have had any issues(which we didn't), I am confident he would done everything he could to make sure our concerns were addressed.

Great gulf view.

The grounds are extra clean and the parking close to the elevators. The unit has been updated recently and was furnished very well. Will definitely be back again,
