Lei Lani 601 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront corner condominium that sleeps 8 guests in the Lei Lani Condominiums on the Alabama Gulf Coast in Orange Beach. Positioned directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the sixth floor, this corner unit offers what standard beachfront condos cannot: east-facing windows that catch the sunrise and south-facing Gulf-front sliding glass doors that open to sweeping views of the emerald-green water — both from the main living area and the primary suite. Add both an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, dedicated boardwalk beach access steps from the building, and a location within one mile of the legendary Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar, and Lei Lani 601 delivers the full Gulf Coast experience for groups of up to 8. Orange Beach, Alabama is recognized by Condé Nast Traveler among the top 10 beaches in the United States — and this unit puts you directly on those award-winning shores.

The layout is thoughtfully designed for groups. Just inside the entry, Guest Bedroom 1 sits to the left — a private queen suite with its own en-suite bathroom. To the right is the Kids Room, featuring a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed that sleeps up to four, with a full hall bathroom steps away. Continue down the hall and the condo opens into the main living and dining area, anchored by floor-to-ceiling Gulf-front windows and a south-facing sliding glass door. Because this is a corner unit, east-facing windows line the adjacent wall as well — there is no bad seat in the house. The primary suite is positioned to the right of the main living area, with its own private Gulf-front balcony access.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Suite: King bed with private Gulf-front balcony access and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Private en-suite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination.

Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

Kids Room: One twin bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed — sleeps up to 4. A full hall bathroom with tub/shower combination is steps away.

Total Sleeping Capacity: 8 guests across 3 bedrooms.

BATHROOMS
Lei Lani 601 features three full bathrooms. The primary en-suite offers a double vanity and tub/shower combination. Guest Bedroom 1 has its own private en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The third full bathroom is located in the hallway adjacent to the Kids Room, easily accessible for the whole group.

LIVING SPACES
The main living and dining area is the heart of Lei Lani 601. Floor-to-ceiling Gulf-front windows line the south-facing wall, and east-facing windows wrap the corner — a configuration that fills the space with natural light throughout the day and keeps the Gulf in view from nearly every angle. The south-facing sliding glass door opens directly toward the water, connecting the indoor living space to the Gulf air and sounds. The dining area is positioned adjacent to the kitchen, keeping the group connected during meals.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is positioned to the left of the main living area, open to the dining and living space so the group stays connected. A coffee maker is on the counter for morning coffee before heading to the beach. Complete cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The sixth-floor elevation and corner positioning give Lei Lani 601 an elevated Gulf panorama from both the primary suite’s Gulf-front balcony and the main living area’s south-facing sliding glass door. East-facing windows deliver sunrise views over the Alabama Gulf Coast — a feature unique to this unit’s corner position.

AMENITIES & LOCATION
Lei Lani Condominiums features both an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool, giving guests year-round swimming options regardless of weather or sea conditions. A dedicated wooden boardwalk leads directly from the building to the Gulf’s sugar-white sand. Complimentary high-speed WiFi, a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, and a coffee maker are included.

Lei Lani 601 is an animal-free unit. The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25 years. Parking passes are included with your rental.

Fantastic location

We loved it here. The view is beautiful from the balcony or the king bedroom. You can open the patio doors from the living room or bedroom and listen to the waves.

Amazing View

The wrap around balcony was fantastic. Gorgeous view all around. The condo is well furnished and has plenty of space for everyone. It even has an air fryer! It is in a great location that is close to everything, but the beach isn't as crowded. We can't wait to go back!

Orange Beach “Staycation-Vacation”

We absolutely loved this location! Beach was beautiful and having the boardwalk access was phenomenal, going from our condo right to the beach was *chef’s kiss* This was a very family friendly location, kiddos everywhere which is always a good sign that you’ve found a good spot. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. 10/10, 100% recommend!

Family vacation

Loved the location and condo was well equipped for cooking. Nice furnishings. Appliances were all nice and seemed fairly new. Amazing deck furniture! The owner was very quick to respond to questions. The only issues were the elevators at the condo did not operate well. The condo floors and baseboards were very dirty. Hair was stuck to the bathroom walls and in the corners. We were only supplied one washcloth and two towels per person and no hand towels in the bathrooms. We had family in two other condos in the same building and they seemed cleaner. We would stay again. Condo was very close to the beach and our younger grandsons enjoyed the options of the on site indoor pool and outdoor pool when they were done playing in the oven/sand.

Plenty of Room

This condo had plenty of room for six. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked great for our group. It was over all clean with the exception of the master bath shower curtain was mildewed and the queen bedroom bath tub wouldn’t drain because it was full of hair. We were not aware that we had to purchase a parking pass, it is $20 per car. It was very difficult to get the parking pass. Every time we tried to purchase it, no one was there and when we called the number on the door no one answered. We got a tow warning on our vehicle for not having the parking pass. We were finally able to purchase one the afternoon before we had to leave to go home.

Lei Lani October Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at Lei Lani. The condo was nice and clean with a great view and balcony area. Beach was not crowded and it was a very easy walk from the condo to beachfront paradise! Kitchen was well appointed although the icemaker in the frig was behind on ice production the entire stay. Maintenance issue handled quickly and efficiently by the on-site personnel without having to wait on a response from management company. Bathrooms were slightly dated with upgrades halfway done but still acceptable. All in all a comfortable condo in a prized location and one we would consider renting again.

A wonderful weekend

We had a great time. The condo has amazing views and right on the beach. It easily slept all 8 of us. It was clean too. My only wish would be that they offered a couple more dish washer tablets and paper towel.

Perfect location

We go to orange beach every year and loved this location. It is close to all of our favorite restaurants and loved being able to walk to the Flora-Bama during the day. The property is split with a building on the bay side as well as beach so we were able to have our beach view and walk across to enjoy the pool while the boats pass on the bay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great direct beach views!!

The communication was not great which made our party very nervous. The front of the condo building and elevators make the place seem very rough but inside the actual condo makes up for all of it. Very nice and clean! The beds were all amazingly comfortable! We missed these beds so much when we went on to our other condo. Beautiful beach views! We spent every one off our mornings sitting on the balcony, watching dolphins! We did run out of toilet paper and only had 1 trash bag. But overall, a great stay! Would stay here again if we came back to Orange Beach, Perdido Beach.

We enjoyed our stay! Our unit was clean and comfortable. Decor was cute and beach. It was exactly as represented in the photos. 3 Bed 3 bath was just what we needed. Pool was small, but was not crowded during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
