You are in town at this location. One block walk to the grocery store. Couple blocks to parks, restaurants and the Lake Charlevoix. 7 minute drive to Boyne Mountain.



We live in town so can be available in an emergency otherwise we plan to give you your space to relax and enjoy all the Boyne and Norther Michigan has to offer.

Our neighborhood is very walkable. There are a number of great restaurants you can get to as well as shopping, the beach and bike trails.

It is good to have a car at this location.

Petoskey, Gaylord, East Jordan and Charlevoix all 30 minutes drive.

You will have full access to the whole home and property.

We want you to be comfortable. Furnishing have been added to make that possible. Lamps, throws, new mattresses, charging stations for your phones, well stocked kitchen, full size toiletries in the bathroom all add to your experience.
