Sunroom with foosball table, sitting area to drink your morning coffee.
Bedroom #1 - queen size bed

Washer and dryer.

Second floor:
Loft with pull out sleeper, TV with game consoles and firestick.
Workstation with office chair (work from home).
Full bathroom tub and shower.
Bedroom #2 - queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 - full bed and a twin bed.

Outside: Outdoor dining area for eight people.
New barbecue grill, large deck, designated smoking area, outdoor fire pit area.

All guests must check in with front gate. Never put garbage outside the house as it would attracted wild animals and create an unsafe environment for you and your guests. At the end of your stay we ask that you take all garbage bags to the container area right by the main gate. Don't leave garbage (including the garbage from bathrooms) in the house. Please be aware if you leave trash (inside or outside the house) when you depart there will be a $100 fine Minimum. The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, any cleaning beyond that you will be charged $150 extra (possibly more if necessary).

Community Rules - will be emailed upon application approval. Please read and understand all the rules. You as the guest will be responsible for any fines/ violation.
*Guest have the option to purchase daily, weekly or weekend passes to use all of Big Bass' amenities . This include the beach ,gym ,indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, splash park and many more .Daily passes per person
-weekdays -$8, weekend-$10)
-weekly passes per person effective seven days from date issued(non-holidays $30,holiday week $50)
* No noise after 10PM
* No fireworks allowed anywhere on the property. An HOA fine will be apply if fireworks are used.
* Amenities passes are requires for entry to Pools, Lakes and other locations in the community.
* Big Bass Lake requires all renters to submit a rental application no less then four day prior to arrival.
* Must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
* This property features outside security cameras, they do not look into interior spaces(cameras are for security reasons only)
*The speed limit within the community is 25 m.p.h., and it will be strictly enforced.
