Casa Turquesa is the perfect home base to experience Puerto Vallarta like a local, while staying just minutes from the vibrant heart of the world-famous Romantic Zone. Located in charming Alta Vista, you'll be only a couple of blocks from Basilio Badillo's lively shops and restaurants, a taco stand right outside the building, and about a 10-minute walk to the sunny beaches of Banderas Bay.

This thoughtfully designed apartment offers comfort, privacy, and inviting indoor-outdoor living. The primary bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with double sinks for added convenience, bedside tables with soft lighting that create a romantic and cozy atmosphere, and a generous closet located inside the room. Sliding glass doors allow the space to feel open and breezy, while still giving you full privacy whenever desired. With air conditioning and a ceiling fan, restful nights are guaranteed.

The guest bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and two nightstands. While more minimalist in style, it more than makes up for it in comfort—ideal for couples, friends, or additional guests.

Adjacent to the guest bedroom, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It includes everything you need to prepare meals, plus a spacious bar with sink that works perfectly for breakfast, casual dining, or as extra prep space. The contemporary dining area, crafted with glass and wood elements, is both stylish and comfortable.
The living room invites you to relax with a large sofa and two individual armchairs—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Vallarta or sharing memorable moments together.
One of Casa Turquesa's highlights is its private outdoor spaces. Step onto your terrace and enjoy your own private plunge pool, exclusively for your use, along with an outdoor dining area ideal for unforgettable open-air dinners with family or loved ones. Additionally, a front balcony connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area when the sliding doors are opened, creating a wonderful outdoor lounge spot—perfect for fresh cocktails and beautiful sunsets.

Other things to Note:
Our place is on one of the hills in Alta Vista affording beautiful views of the surrounding neighbourhood. There is not an elevator at this property so guests need to be ready for 3 flights of stairs to use to get to the suite.
As this is a local neighborhood a guest can be ready for all the local thrills of living like a local, including roosters in the mornings and dogs barking from time to time. It is not excessive however and most of our guests are not bothered.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.

We would like to inform you that, in order to maintain our pool in the best condition, our maintenance team performs a thorough cleaning every Monday, Wednesady and Friday. This process takes a maximum of one hour, so you will be able to enjoy the pool later the same day once the cleaning is complete.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If access to the pool is not allowed during this time, an additional charge will apply due to the extra time and chemicals required to restore the pool to its optimal condition.

We kindly ask you to take special care when using the property's linens and towels, avoiding contact with makeup, hair dye, sunscreen, or other substances that may cause difficult-to-remove stains. This helps us keep everything in excellent condition for you and for future guests. If any irreversible stains are found, additional charges may apply after your stay.
Additionally, if you notice any damage or issues in the unit during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you report them as soon as possible. This allows us to address them promptly and ensure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
