Avalon 1002, located on the 10th floor, is a very spacious and sophisticated retreat just minutes from the Romantic Zone. It features a private mini-pool/jacuzzi and a vast living area with an open-plan Italian kitchen, flowing onto a large terrace with stunning 90-degree mountain and ocean views.

Accommodations:

Master Bedroom: Includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with L’Occitane toiletries, closet with a safe, hangers, first aid kit, hair dryer, extra toilet paper, and ironing amenities.

Bedroom 2: Offers two twin beds, a full bathroom, and amenities similar to the master bedroom.

Flex Room: Adaptable space with sliding doors to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

Amenities:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, utensils, and essentials like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Living Room: Features a leather sofa, high wooden chairs, a coffee table, and a dining table for 6, complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer available, equipped with detergent.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the apartment and the Avalon building's premium amenities, including two stunning pools (blue and green), a jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, sun decks, and a panoramic bar area. The building features a lobby with 24/7 security.

• Parking: On-site parking is available by prior reservation.
• Pets: We are pet-friendly! However, guests must follow the condo's guidelines. Pets are strictly prohibited in the pool areas.
• Common Area Rules: To maintain a tranquil environment, excessive noise is not permitted. In the pool area: no glass (please use cans/plastic), and only music with personal headphones is allowed. Please wipe down gym equipment after use and avoid hanging towels or clothes on the glass balcony rails.

Guest Interaction:
Guest interaction is handled directly through the VRBO chat with our concierge team, available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our concierges can assist you with any requests, help coordinate maintenance or cleaning reports, and ensure your stay runs smoothly. For urgent matters outside these hours, the front desk is available 24/7.

MANDATORY REGISTRATION:
To grant access to the property, it is strictly required to complete our check-in forms prior to your arrival. This includes sharing an ID and a security deposit. Without this, access will not be permitted. Upon arrival, you must also register at the building's front desk.

GUEST SUPPORT:
All guest interaction and concierge assistance are handled strictly through the VRBO chat during our office hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

AIR CONDITIONING:
The unit is equipped with a NEST AC system. We highly recommend keeping it between 22°C and 24°C (71°F - 75°F) and ask that you turn it off whenever you leave the apartment.

CLEANING & AMENITIES:
Regular cleaning takes place between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (subject to availability and not guaranteed daily). Please hang the sign on your door if you’d like service.
We provide L’Occitane amenities. Please do not take the bottles upon checkout—replacement fees apply. Towels and bed linens are included at check-in; the apartment includes a washer, dryer, and detergent so you can wash them anytime. Missing or permanently stained items will be charged at replacement cost.

PETS:
We welcome service animals! However, you must bring all their personal care supplies (beds, bowls, pads, etc.).

EXTERNAL NOISE:
Please note that the property is located in a vibrant area; some external or street noise out of our control may be present.

GENERAL RULES, CHECK-OUT & FINES:
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Leaving after 11:00 a.m. without prior approval will result in a penalty. Late check-out ($50 USD) is subject to availability. The apartment must be left tidy (no dirty dishes).
• Condo Fines: No parties allowed. Guests must strictly comply with all condominium regulations. Any rule violation resulting in a building fine must be paid by the guest before check-out. Guests violating rules may be evicted without a refund.
