White Sands is a lovely, well-maintained home in a great location. We especially liked the large, open living area and the mirrored king suites just off it. The pool is nice, and the home is beautifully decorated with the comforts of home. We travel with another couple and our two well-behaved, non-shedding dogs, so finding a luxury rental that welcomes them is a real plus. One suggestion: larger A/C units may be helpful for a home of this size. We’ve already rebooked for next year and look forward to returning.

Wonderful property with excellent communication. The only issue was the pool temperature which was too cold for the kids. This was resolved to our satisfaction. With beach access directly across the street it could not gave been more convenient.

Beautiful Property

We loved this house. It had everything we needed for our family. It was beautifully decorated, had enough space for 6 adults, steps away from the beach, and a relaxing backyard. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our family was able to spend time together in a relaxed environment while we enjoyed one another’s company. The space was great and the pool was fantastic!! Great location for us to take quick trips into Charleston. Thank you!

Reunion of Friends

This property was perfect for a gathering of four couples. It had lots of gathering spaces (inside and outside), nice bedrooms for each couple, a beautiful pool and spa, excellent well-equipped kitchen, and great location right across the street from the beach. The decorating was modern and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

The pool and closeness to the beach were great. The house lacked amenities and was not as clean as it should have been

Beautiful home in an ideal location!

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter's birthday. She invited a group of friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house boasts a relaxing decor, functional layout and beach access is right across the street. We had a snag with the hot water upon arrival, but it was taken care of immediately. I'd definitely stay at this property again!

Disappointed in house, but great location.

Hot tub was not working properly (only heat, no jets) even though I called in advance and mentioned we would be using it and heated pool frequently. After we arrived and after I noticed it didn’t work, manager told me they just found out the hot tub was not working that day. Also oven and fireplace would not work because of lack of gas. House needs larger gas tanks. Even though gas was refilled after I called, it ran out again two days later. Next, none of bedroom windows have blinds, only see through grass blinds. Even front bathroom window was without actual blinds, just the see through grass blind. House is layered out well and has a great basement and outdoor area. However, all furniture needs to be updated throughout.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding your stay at 3203 Palm Blvd. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot tub, which only offered heat and no jets. We understand how disappointing this was, especially after you expressed your intent to use it and the heated pool frequently. As you noted, heating the pool did contribute to the rapid depletion of gas, and we are actively assessing our gas supply to ensure it meets the needs of our guests in the future. We appreciate your understanding regarding the gas refill and sincerely apologize for the ongoing issues with the oven and fireplace. We also acknowledge your concerns about the blinds in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and we appreciate your feedback on the furniture. Your comments will help us make necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. We want to ensure you know that we did process a refund of $1,050 in light of these issues, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for your insights, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back someday for a more enjoyable stay.
