Gorgeous new home in the Serenity neighborhood on quiet Perdido Key, FL. Large and beautifully decorated. Minutes from the beach - walk, bike, or 3 min drive to parking at Perdido Beach Access No. 3. Minutes from Kayak drop access. Near all of the action of Orange Beach but in your own private oasis.

Golf cart use included with rental! It can be driven on all roads under 35 MPH (to beach, to kayak drop, to Sunset Grille, and more).

The home has plenty of space for multiple families to comfortably stay. Beautiful hot tub in private backyard for use year round. Master King downstairs, Master King upstairs, plus full bath upstairs, Queen bedroom upstairs, Bunk Room (2 Twin over Full bunk beds), plus game room with shuffleboard, video games, board games, large tv, and bean bags. Game room also has queen sleeper sofa. Graco pack-and-play stored in Master closet.

No amenity spared in this beautiful home and just a few minutes to the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous beach. After a day at the beach, come back and grill out, play cornhole, enjoy a drink on the patio while kids play in the game room.

Family Vacation

The house was spacious, clean and we were pleased with the amenities. The beach access was clean and not over crowded. We definitely appreciated the beach accessories made available to us for use during our stay as well as use of the golf cart for the drive to the beach! Great price and would stay here again! The beds were comfortable as well. The kids enjoyed the game room and we enjoyed quiet time in the hot tub after long days of exploring the area!

Excellent House

The home was clean and we felt like it was in a safe neighborhood! We had trouble with the internet a couple time for the kids to watch tv, but the owner was quick to help!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We met up with family at this clean, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked and organized beach home. We were pleasantly surprised by the many items such as bikes, chairs, toys, kayaks and golf cart made available to guests! A great time was had by all!

Loved it!

This was our family’s first trip to Perdido Key, so we didn’t know what to expect. We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for us! Meg was great to work with and was very responsive if we ever needed anything.

Beach trip

Great Stay

The home was very clean and had tons of space. Golf cart can be driven around the neighborhood. Beach Access 3 is quite small and along a beach stretch with a lot of private property. We enjoyed Johnson Beach where there was a ton of parking and space. There are lots of beach toys, several beach chairs and other beach supplies to use. Game room was lots of fun for the kids. Overall, great stay!

Superb home!

This house is beautiful! We have a family of 12 (3 couldn't make it last minute) kids are ages 5 to 15. It had everything we needed. We used the grill almost everyday. The kids loved the game room and the short distance to the beach was very convenient. I loved the bed in the downstairs master! It was sooooo comfy. Every one else said the same about their beds. Some places skimp on the mattresses but they spared no expense here! The smoke alarm is very sensitive. Some smoke came in the back door while grilling and set the alarm off a couple times. We ran out of paper towels (we only had 1) but picked up a roll while were out and about.

Perdido get away

The house and location were fantastic. Meg provided anything you would need. We were impressed with all of the beach supplies that were available. The only suggestion would be to have fans in the upstairs bedrooms. We would definitely go back!

Amazing House

Perdido is our yearly spring break destination! This was our first time staying off the ocean and Sea Haven had everything we needed! The house is amazing. The beds are super comfortable. The game room entertained the kids and adults nightly. The garage is full of all the beach items you need. And the beach is only a 3 minute drive. Megan was a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Very nice new home with close access to beach and bay.

Property owner was great to work with. New neighborhood that is actively under construction, so it can be loud in the mornings. Did not detract from a great time though! Owners thought of everything- golf cart, beach chairs, umbrella, kayaks, ice chests, beach wagon, bikes, and an upstairs game room full of fun. The amenities were truly over the top!

Spacious, had everything you will need

Home was clean and the host was very attentive and responsive. She obviously cares about her guests and it showed in the minor details such as providing more than enough toiletries, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, golf cart, beach wagon, etc. Back patio had a grill and it looks like they are in the process of setting up a hot tub. Home was recently completed in May. It also included a nice game room and plenty of beds/bedrooms. Only negative would be no fans in the upstairs bedrooms and TVs in bedrooms need to be MUCH bigger. Location to the beach was adequate, specially with the use of the golf cart. We would recommend this place/host.

Perfect Family Rental

Lovely property! This is the perfect rental, close to the beach and all you need to bring is your clothing. The house was stocked with everything you need for the beach from toys, chairs, beach towel , bikes, coolers and even a golf cart. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and there were games for all ages. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend for your next family getaway.
