We loved everything about this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the convenience of being close to the beach. Laura was wonderful to work with. We have so many happy memories from our time there. We plan to stay there again in the future. Thank you for everything.

Great time in the sunshine!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The pool and the beach were amazing. I loved the peacefulness of the area. Laura the owner was great and very helpful. We are definitely planning on coming back.

Everything was exceptional. Very clean Laura was a great host, checking in on us several times. The bed was super comfortable, access to pool & beach perfect, The beach chairs & wagon very much appreciated.

Relaxing stay

The condo was clean and the host was very responsive. The condo was well stocked and even had those small things one may forget I.e shaving razor etc. The walk to the beach is on the same side as the beach no street to cross. You enter at the public beach access and it doesn’t have a wooden walk way, just sand. The shower was a great feature. This is a downstairs condo, very convenient.

Amazing condo

Laura is a great host in a small community where everyone is so friendly. The pool is exceptionally clean. The Public beach access is right across from the complex. The condo itself has everything you need and is a perfect size.

This unit was more beautiful than the pictures! Great location just seconds from the beach!

The unit was lovely! The mattresses were amazing! We never heard our neighbors. The patio was perfect with direct pool access. The unit provided more than we expected! The beach was less than a 1 minute walk. We didn't want to leave. We'll definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing!!

We drove from Missouri to Perdido key last Saturday and stayed a whole week at Grand Caribbean in Perdido key. Myself, my husband & our 8yr old had the best time!! The condo unit itself was just as pictured on listing!! Laura (owner) is so sweet and great communication!! We will return!! The condo pool was amazing!! Clean and friendly guest and staff!! The beach was perfect! 2 min easy walk to the main beach! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cozy, Clean and Convenient

This is our second time staying in Laura’s condo. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best beach vacation. The condo is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the pool and beach. We had a mix up with Vrbo on our first nights stay but Laura went out of her way to make sure our stay was not effected. There aren’t a lot of host that would have been so accommodating.

Beautiful!

This is a not-to-be missed vacation property! I needed a week of downtime from work, and this was the perfect location to de-stress and enjoy being in a home away from home. Beautifully appointed condo with every imaginable amenity. A lovely lanai and sparkling pool awaits just outside your back door, and you're just steps from the sugary sands of the magnificent gulf. With the help of a wonderful host, I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable week. I will definitely return!

Perfection!

From the minute we walked in the condo we were completely thrilled! Just as presented in the photos and then some. All the necessities were supplied to start you out. Even soft music greeted us . The owner, Laura, was extremely responsive from the moment we booked. Love, love, loved this unit and all it had to offer!

Fantastic!!!

My family and I stayed for a week at Laura's condo and our time there was fantastic. The condo has all the amenenties you need. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. The beds are very comfortable. The available washer and dryer are a nice touch; especially for our three boys! The pool is right outside your doorstep and the Gulf is a stone's throw away. Laura was a fantastic host, always responding in a moments notice. My family would strongly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vacation stay.

Family trip

Our family with two adults, one teenager and one child stayed for a week. The listing does not disappoint. Only a few short steps to the pool, less than 2 min walk and you are in the ocean. Everything was immaculately clean and the condo is abundantly appointed with everything you need to ensure a relaxing vacation. Laura is an excellent host and is available for anything you need and makes sure that you are well taken care of. We definitely have made plans to return next year. This is a great spot to stay of you have kids attending the national flight academy as it is so close.

Week get way with wife

My wife and I ad a perfect stay. The condo was as pictured and explained per information. Love our condo being just beside the pool. Laura our contact was amazing, and always kept us updated on checkin and checking out. Laura went the extra mile when we locked the fort door key in the condo. Laura ad an extra key and met us to give us the e yea key. I would recommend this condo and Laura by 10 out of 10.

Just Book It!!

We loved this property and will be back on our next trip back to Perdido! We stayed here for a girls trip weekend, 2 moms/2 girls. We were all impressed at the unit! Clean and so cute!! Perfect location for the pool and walking access to the public beach and super short drive to the Gulf National Seashore. I love to vacation and this was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. My friend said she’s never seen a cleaner microwave. You won’t be disappointed! Oh and the bed and pull out couch sleep well as does the the twin bed (which is super cute). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect in every way

Our small family of 5 found the perfect spot in this condo! The ground floor location with easy pool and beach access was unbeatable. The decor was beachy but not tacky. My daughter loved the hallway mermaid bed. I was a little afraid it would be too small as we brought a pack-n-play and an exersaucer. There wasn't a time when I felt cramped even with the extra "stuff" out. The king size bed was comfortable. Laura was very easy to deal with and more than accommodating. Even after the power had been out most of the afternoon, she still had the condo ready for our surprise early check-in. You will not regret renting this condo. The location was great, the beach was a very short walk, and it was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in.

My family loved it!

The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfect for my family of 5. My children are 13, 11, and 7. We had plenty of room, and everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked, as is the bathroom. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture and beds. I don't have a single complaint about the accommodations. The condo's balcony opens to the gated pool. It is literally just steps away. My children loved this! The beach is also just steps away. We went back and forth easily. The condo building was full, and there were many other families with children. However, it was still quiet and relaxing. We never heard the people above us or next to us. We will be coming back! My children say this is their new favorite place to stay :).
