3 room apartment new and modern 280 meters to the beach WLAN all year round

Our newly built holiday home was completed in late 2016 and is located in the most rustic part of Timmendorfer beach in the fishing village Niendorf.

The beach can be reached in a few minutes - there are plenty of beach chairs and white Baltic Sea beach available.

From there you can walk for miles on the beautiful promenade along the Baltic Sea or explore the Lübeck Bay by bike.

The beautiful Niendorf harbor with its fishing boats and fish stalls, as well as modern yachts and sailing boats can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

In the house there are two three-room apartments (ground floor / ground floor) for up to 4 people

The light-flooded apartment indicated here is located on the ground floor with direct access to the private terrace.

Facilities include a bright modern fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Caffisimo capsule machine, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, toaster and plenty of dishes, glasses and other kitchen utensils.

Adjacent is a modern dining table with 4 chairs.

The cozy couch area has a large flat screen a CD player, radio, DVD player and a small selection of books and games.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), a spacious closet and a floor-to-ceiling window with blackout pleats.

In the children's room is a bunk bed 90x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and there is also a floor-to-ceiling window with blackout plisse.

The bathroom has a vanity, a shower, a hair dryer and a window.

The entire apartment is laid out with tiles and laminate and has underfloor heating in all rooms.

Upon arrival, a starter pack with toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tab and soap is ready.

The apartment has its own terrace with barbecue.

A car parking space is also part of the apartment.


Baby cot and high chair can also be used free of charge.

A washing machine is located in the house and can be used by arrangement.

Bed linen / towels can be booked for an additional fee.

The apartment on the first floor is identical equipped and is also available for rent - would have to be requested separately.


It is also possible to rent the entire house.
