This modern 2-room apartment on the first floor of Haus Windrose, Apartment 4, is located in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea and, with its approximately 43 m², can accommodate 3 people.

The cozy living room is equipped with a high-quality sleeper sofa, satellite TV, a stereo system, and a kitchenette with a dining table.
From here, you have direct access to the furnished terrace.

The built-in kitchenette features an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and much more.

Through the apartment hallway, you’ll reach the cozy bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed (2 single mattresses, each 80 x 200 cm), a travel crib, a large wardrobe, and a TV.
The slatted bed frame is height-adjustable. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout blinds.

The modern bathroom features a hair dryer, a shower (with a very low entry), and a toilet.

The building features a swimming pool as well as an indoor sports and game room with equipment.
You are welcome to use the communal laundry and drying room for a fee.

A parking space is reserved for you right next to the building, including an electric charging station.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not permitted in this apartment.
The building’s swimming pool is closed from January through March 15.

A parking space is, of course, reserved for each apartment. You can store your bicycles in the designated basement room.

Just 200 meters away, you’ll find yourself right on the Baltic Sea beach and in the town center, where you’ll also find the nearest shopping options.
At the idyllic harbor, located 1,500 meters away, you can buy freshly caught fish and admire the fishing boats.

The accessible Niendorf Bird Park is definitely worth a visit.
There, you can see native and exotic birds in the reed beds, as well as one of the world’s largest collections of owls.
