Enjoy the best of mountain living at Shangrila Splash 'N Views, a 3,200-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 4 (plus 2 half)-bathroom cabin for up to 12 guests in Pigeon Forge! With plenty of room, homey conveniences, mountain views, and fun extras – including the private indoor pool – Shangrila Splash 'N Views is outfitted for a fantastic mountain getaway!

When you're not splashing, floating, or swimming in your private indoor pool, you'll be unwinding in front of the big screen TV in the living room or soaking away in the bubbling outdoor hot tub. There's Wi-Fi for staying connected, and you'll have a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily whip up meals and snacks. There is also a charcoal grill, perfect for burgers or steaks on a nice day.

Play around with the pool table and arcade-style basketball game on days in the cabin, curl up in front of the electric (heated) fireplace, or fall asleep watching TV in bed. At night, you'll have 3 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bunk, and 1 sleeper sofa for guests. The cabin is also close to area attractions – both in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

Awesome property!

My family and I all loved the property and location - we had no problems at all. The cabin was clean upon arrival and everyone enjoyed the pool. The cabin was plenty large enough for the 10 of us!

We stayed and overall had a good experience! The kids loved the pool it was their favorite part, but there were things missing in that area that could have made it better. Nothing major, just couldn’t use the TV/music because the remotes didn’t work and had water damage. There was cornhole but missing a lot of bags. Also the basketball hoop for the pool was also missing. There was a really bad smell in the first floor bedroom/bathroom. But the communication with the host was great and they offered to send someone to fix our issues. Spacious, good area, felt very safe.

Needs ALOT of attention… do NOT recommend!

This property has an amazing layout but needs a TON of attention. If you do stay here, pack your entire kitchen because the utensils, plates, cookware, etc is lacking. The seating in this house will not comfortably seat the amount of people it holds and furniture is horrible! The beds all need attention or replaced. Lamps not working, not very clean, pool isn’t heated, showers need attention and the list goes on. The water smelled like rotten eggs the entire time and there was a sewage smell coming from the bathrooms. When addressed with property company, it was not fixed! The hot tub was dirty upon arrival and when they came to clean the next day, they didn’t fill the water back up. This was by far the worst experience we have had at any VRBO. To spend this amount of money for a week and have all of these issues is unacceptable! Do not recommend!!!

Overall stay was wonderful besides having issues with the air unit twice .. service was provided in a timely manner.. only complaint is the mattresses on pull out couch need upgrading.. you can feel the springs.

Nice home, but many problems for us!

Let me preface this by saying the house is nice. We had a lovely time. We also had many problems with this home. Management was very helpful when contacted. First we had to clean the dirty kitchen counters, drawers, dishes etc. No cleaning products at all. One roll of toilet tissue per bathroom. One tiny bar of soap per bathroom. A broom and a mop was available. Also not enough dishes, silver etc, to serve the 14 people that this house sleeps. The main floor shower door was hanging only off the top rail and dangerous. No shower curtain liners even though there were notes in every bathroom to tuck them in the tub. We had water coming down into our bathroom from the ceiling light fixture. Throughout the week, we had a horrific odor in the same bathroom, which got so bad that it and the bedroom were not usable. We contacted management with every issue and they were very receptive and sent maintenance quickly. All issues were resolved. It took 24 hours to resolve the odor. This home should have been inspected prior to our arrival. The pool was nice and FREEZING! No way to warm it. The pool man showed up twice, without warning, and said the controls were locked up. Not great! If you are going to rent a home with a pool, heat it please The wifi is extremely slow. Overall, vacation time wasted with all these issues Also one towel and washcloth per person, so bring towels. Bring everything! We have rented though VRBO many times and never experienced these problems.

3 Generation Family Christmas Trip

Party of 12 including all our kids and 6 grandkids ages 2-11 had a great stay here and spent 2 days at Dollywood. Everything was as advertised. We brought our own crock pot, and used the kitchen cookware for everything else even though there’s not a lot of it. Command hooks held up Christmas stockings and decorations and removed cleanly from the wood walls. The only concerns were the slow internet and the deep freeze in the area that caused power outages. There is absolutely no way to generate heat when the electricity is out, and the water stops when the power does. So cleaning up for checkout was pretty impossible and we had to drive home without showers. The outages were not the fault of the homeowner, but some alternative heat should be planned by winter guests. Otherwise we loved our cabin and all the space for our group.
