Sleeping Arrangements
The Evening Primrose comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for multiple couples or families traveling together.
Main Level: Two spacious king-sized bedrooms. Master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience.
Lower Level: A third king suite plus a cozy bunk room featuring twin bunk beds—ideal for kids or additional guests.
The bunk room and third king bedroom share a roomy Jack and Jill bathroom, complete with both a tub and shower.
A little insider tip: The kids may never want to leave once they discover the games room, packed with fun and just steps away from their comfy bunk beds!

Your Safety & Our Commitment
Security: For your peace of mind, a video camera is installed outside the property facing the driveway (recording 24/7). Your privacy is our priority—no indoor cameras are present.
Host Support: We respect your privacy but are here when you need us! Reach out daily from 9am–8pm EST via the booking platform for assistance.

Starter essentials: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dish pods, and laundry detergent.
Tip: Bring extra supplies for longer stays.

Policies to Note:
Smoking: Strictly prohibited (indoors and decks). $500 fee if violated.
Pets: Not allowed due to severe allergies. $250 minimum charge for violations.

Guests: Max 12 occupants. Additional guests: $100/night per person.
