The apartment is located in an older house (19th Century), which was extensively renovated, at Malchower See.
The house is close to the center (only a few minutes' walk to the city harbor), in a historic street we have access to the lake via a "waterway" (i.e. public path to the lake).
The approximately 58sqm apartment is on the 2nd Floor and equipped for 2 - 4 people.
An entrance hall connects the closed kitchen with a view of the lake, the living / dining room, the bedroom and the bathroom.
Spectacular is a terrace "over the roofs", which allows a clear view of the lake and the monastery church.
Access to the public boat / bathing jetty is possible.
The entire apartment has natural wood floors or Carpeting in the living room.
